Peaks at Tonto Verde Golf Club

Was nice to walk on GREEN grass once again. Enjoyed the outing very much. Staff were extremely nice.

Tee boxes & putting greens were amazing. Fairways were unbelievable. Great variety on this course, definitely not for beginners. 2 driving ranges and putting practice area the best. Mondays the restaurant is closed. They do not serve breakfast.
Pro shop was closed at 5:00, we finished at 5:00 PM and we were disappointed - we wanted to buy a couple of golf shirts. We have booked again next week and are going back early to go to the Pro shop shopping and have lunch.

Having balls included to practice is a plus for me.

Wow, were my husband & I ever impressed with
Tonto Verde!! Suffice it to say, we would rate every
aspect of our experience as six stars! if possible.

The course plays longer than the combo white tees I played. We played in less than 3 hours 40 minutes. Great range and practice facilities. Beautiful!

Very challenging golf test. Pace of play was outstanding. Amenities were underwhelming. No refreshment cart and no access to club house during round. Starter was not very helpful.

Played the Ranch course. Good condition, fairly forgiving with wide fairways most holes. Large greens.

Great course. Well worth the drive from Scottsdale. Outstanding condition. Overall a terrific experience and would recommend it without hesitation.

Overall good shape. The greens were a bit bumpy and didn't hold their line very well and quite grainy.

Weather was perfect and the course was in excellent shape. Only thing was a little wet in a few spots probably should had it roped off but still not bad. Never could figure out the greens beautiful views.

We come to arizona for 2 weeks every year. We played the peaks course a few years ago and this time played the ranch course. We definitely will be back again next year.

It's a long way out but worth the trip. With recent opening from over seed and heavy watering, the course plays longer than the yardage would suggest. The greens were just a bit slow but very smooth. A very nice golf experience.

I love the whole facility and the views are stunning. The people that work there are fantastic.

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed very much playing the Peaks Course which is a varied and challenging course with fast greens. The course was very well maintained and has a special atmosphere with all this wonderful cactuses and breathtaking mountain views. We came here on a Sunday nevertheless it was quiet and we even could start before our booked t-time. All staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we can't say anything about the quality of food & beverage. We will definitely come back!

Greens bermuda but well maintained and very slick.

The Ranch course is a great change from Scottsdale courses. There was a nice 3 inches of rough. Something different from the normal desert courses. There was a fair amount of challanges on the lay-out. Driveable par 4's to 3 shot par 5's. Long par 3's. Course condition was great and very smooth greens. O' there was sand in the bunkers, what a thrill.

Tee to green excellent. Best greens we played this week (6 courses all 4.5 stars or better). It was hot but plenty of good water and ICE, yes ice on the course including on course restrooms. Very nice. A must play.

Best putting surfaces I have played on all year in The Valley. Turf so good that full shots into the green barely made ball marks! Shots held nicely as the greens weren't too firm nor too soft. When chips and pitches landed the bounces were true and roll out was consistent. By the way, what a beautiful setting with a view of Four Peaks several times during the round!

Course in great conditions for August in Arizona .Greens are the best in the valley for this time of the year.Fairways are well maintained.The staff is friendly.

Great course in immaculate condition with excellent facilities. Overall, just a fantastic round of golf.
