Starfire Golf Club - The Mulligan 9

I absolutely love playing Starfire. From the beautiful green grass to top notch greens this course is a dream. Staff couldn’t be more congenial. This rates 5 stars. Can’t wait to return.

This now is the third time I’ve done this. I had a nice round at the mulligan at Starfire, but received a notice from Golfnow that my credit card was being charged $35 for not showing. N there was a mixup on date, Josh in the pro shop got me on course, so I did play. I won’t use Golfnow if my credit card is penalized.

Always enjoy the mulligan at Starfire when I arrive down from Canada. But am peeved that I got a note stating you are billing me $32 for no show. I played the course on the day I booked, but think there was some kind of mixup - Josh at pro shop got me out, and I enjoyed the round . I will discontinue using Golfnow if I am billed a no show penalty.

This was a very straightforward par 3 course, quite short from the forward.T's average from the middle and reasonable from the back tees. Unfortunately, for us, we had a group of six fellows who had obviously not played much at all and wanted to play together in a group of six in front of us. On top of that, they gathered at the first tee for twenty minutes before getting ready to hit their first ball. Finally, the golf director went out and told them to move along. On the plus side, the fairways were nice and the greens rolled clean. The bunkers were nice, and it was a pleasant experience for my wife, who is a beginning golfer..
