Crooked Tree Golf Course in Tucson has a traditional layout in a secluded, peaceful location with no homes around the course for miles. The golf course features player-friendly, generous fairways and small greens that are surrounded by ample chipping areas. Located in the Sonoran Desert, there are ironwoods, mesquites, and saguaros situated throughout, providing a beautiful landscape and a relaxing atmosphere. The course was in good shape for the middel of JUly. THe tee boxes were not so good, but the fairwaus and grrens were very good.
Great Day of Golf
For the time of year Crooked Tree is in great condition. The greens are immaculate and the fairways are good for the heat that we have had. Continue to be impressed.
Always fair
As expected. No frills. Kinda quiet but it being daybafter 4th explained it. Still took 4:15. Not bad but we were waiting on every shot. Condition is always ok here. Tough pins though on this day, lots in corners. Liked it.
Home course
First, the course looked good. Our t-time was moved from 9:00 to 8:36.
It was a long round. The front nine played very slow. The back nine wasn't much better.
It's hard to get a rhythm going when you're waiting that long from green to t-box.
I've played here many times. This was unusual.
Amazing course
Excellent course and difficulty!
The Tree
Love this course! They've cleared out a lot the desert making it easy to find balls. Staff is always friendly.
Slow pace of play
It was an enjoyable round, but they definitely need to have a marshal to improve the pace of play. Most of the tee boxes were pretty rough.
Awesome Day
Nothings better than a day of golf with friends. Crooked tree is in great shape for the end of May. Continue to keep the course in good shape.
Great course
First time playing crooked tree and it is a Very Nice course for intermediate golfers! There are no sand bunkers so that eliminated that challenge. Just a pleasant well laid out nicely maintained course. The driving range and practice area is nice as well! I would play it again! The desert life was neat to see pond Turtles, coyotes were not shy at all! And the hawks flew really close around! Of course the weather was perfect the day i played.
Great Day at The Tree
Greens are some of the best in Tucson! Fairways are lush.
