El Conquistador Golf & Tennis - Conquistador Course

Tom the starter was awesome. Pace of play was so slow..but that is what you get with snowbirds. Crazy a course that costs 20 dollars in July is 80 now, but understand.

Playing there 27 years ago for a Jeep tournament wasnt playing golf then today do love the round

We have played this course multiple times. We love it. This particular day the weather was horrible and we l left it to late to cancel. We played very quickly 3 hours 45 mins .

All pins were set up like a Sunday afternoon at a PGA tour event.Pins were on slopes, 5 ft from the edge of the greens. I have a 10.2 index, I do like a challenge but that is a little to much. Still a great golf course…

Excellent course . Was much better than I expected. Course is well worth your time. Challenging and fair. Very tough greens. Great views.

We play this course whenever we visit Tucson. Excellent warm up amenities.

Great day of golf. Felt like we had the whole course to ourselves. Course is in great shape.

The conquistador corse is a fun layout with good selection of tees for each level of golfer. The holes are well laid out, and reasonably well conditioned considering play was in late January, temp in the 50s. Green reading was relatively difficult, especially speed depending on direction of putt.

Be advised the GPS address that shows up in the TeeOff reservation for this course is incorrect. You need to go further North on La Canada before turning left into the course….

Course is fun…nice layout…tricky greens…some excellent views especially on back nine. Decent shape other than lots of divots in some of the landing areas. Looking forward to trying the sister course, La Canada. Pretty crowded even for a Saturday (especially the range and practice green) but still finished in 4 hours so no complaints. Just give yourself extra time to warm up…
