Course ranger needed!
The course was in great shape, but the pace of play was horrible!! It was a five hour round!
Great course
The course was in great condition, the greens ran true and the fairways were lush.
The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

Cart path only until end of October. Is Troon improving the golf?
Booked hot deal that I thought would have no issues on golf now, but the course is cart path only until end of October. There was a disconnect with the course and golf now. We were not prepared for the extra walking when playing. I know a lot of courses in the area have been over seeding and updated GolfNow. I specifically looked for courses without cart path only when booking. The course opened after a long down time and I thought things would be better. Not so. The greens were very slow and bumpy. They need to be cut shorter. And fairways need to be hay bailed. There were huge clumps of grass all over the fairway. I thought maybe things would be better with Troon in control, but there is not any improvement that I can see. For now, the golfing experience is average at best.
Nice Course
Nice green course. The day I played it was cart path only due to over seeding and cart path updates which prolonged the pace of play.. The fairways were a little long almost like a short rough. I look forward to playing the course again to see if they made the course a course worth playing over and over.

Nice course
Recently had winter over seeding and was a little shaggy as would be expected. Cart path only so a lot of walking.. very accommodating staff.

El Conquistador
Just flat out amazing, the only problem I had was hitting of the mats. I personally prefer the ground but other than that, it was amazing.
