About
The Views Golf Club at Oro Valley in Tucson is so named for its stunning vistas provided by the nearby Catalina Mountains. The desert-inspired layout features a rolling terrain that blends in seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Trees dot the golf course and there is also an abundance of native cacti throughout. Designed by Greg Nash, the layout features large, rolling greens that are subtly elevated. The front nine meanders through dry washes and arroyos while the back nine snakes upwards to higher grounds. The back nine is more challenging than the front with more elevated tee shots and sharp doglegs. There is a small lake that comes into play and several strategically placed bunkers throughout. The Views Golf Club at Oro Valley also features a driving range and short-game practice area.

Course is well maintained, fairways nice and plush, greens are nice.
My buddys and I had a good time playing this course. For some reason this day started with a shot-gun start and pace of play was somewhat slow, not bad. Overall, we enjoyed our play.
Participated in the club's morning shotgun event. The Views have done an excellent job in improving how they treat "Outside-paying clients".
Course was in excellent shape, especially considering that it will be closing on Saturday for overseeding.
Absolutely perfect conditions!
Played in just under 4 hours on a beautiful, overcast day. The course is the best conditioned that we have played in Tucson in the last 2 months...HIGHLY recommended!

When I entered the pro shop staff was extremely friendly, a nice way to start a round of golf.
For Sept. the course was in excellent shape compared to other courses in the area.
A golfers golf course, a fair test of golf with a variety of features
The course was well maintained with the exception of the greens that had been recently punched. The course has multiple features, dog legs, reasonable desert carries and undulating greens.
Moderate length, good challenges
I really enjoyed my round and although the course is not very long in total yardage, it has some very challenging holes and requires the use of every club in the bag. Greens putted very well and overall conditions were excellent if not quite Augusta National. Unless you are a bomber, you will enjoy this course!!

The views was pretty good. The greens appeared to have been recenly fertilized but still rolled pretty good. The pace of play was pretty good. Overall, this course is in great shape.

the course was fun to play. Beautiful scenery. Catalina mountains in the distance made for a fun day.

Superbly maintained, especially in light of dry conditions. Excellent tees, fairways and greens. Relatively long, but several tee options.

A wonderful club
Not very busy for a Sunday round. The course is challenging without being overly difficult. Wonderful views of the Catalina Mountains from almost every hole.
Great course as usual. #5 fairway took a big hit.
The last storm that went through destroyed the fifth fairway and they had to make it a par 3. The damage was quite extensive so #5 may be a par 3for quite a while.

Stop playing this course last year because of slow play and members would not let you play through...............
Played yesterday to see is things have changed. Played front nine in 2 hours and two groups in front of us did not play the back. By the 12th hole we had a threesome in front of us, then a twosome on 13???????? Where did they come from ???? Then play came to a stop......Waited on 13 and 14 and gave up.
15, 16,17 and 18 had groups all over the place.
What was a nice day of golf, ended.
We don't mind waiting however, when you have members jumping on and others taking 5 to 10 minutes to put out??? Hope they had a lot of money on the bets.........
course had a lot of burned out areas
nobody on the course by the time we reached back nine,,,greens justed punched recently..many areas under repair....nice layout though...didn't justify ninety dollars for two under the circumstances

Good Layout, Pick You Tees and Play to Your Game
Overall good experience. Most greens are slightly elevated, so you need to carry you approach shot on the green. Greens had recently been aerated and therefore putting was a challenge.

Have played it several times. It's always in great condition and has great holes that are more challenging then what you expect.
Correctly named
A very nice course that is feeling the effect of the heat. Many bare spots and the greens were just worked on. I would guess that it is a very good place to play most of the year.
