When we checked in staff member seemed irritated we were there couldn’t quite figure it out. Seems he needs an attitude adjustment. Not the first time he has acted this way. A real dozy -

Otherwise course in good condition and other staff were very nice!!

When I checked in I was told that I was very early. I was told if I went off before my tee time they would come and get me off the course. Furthermore I was receiving a cheap deal . I told him I understood. I was early so I could hit some balls and practice putting. He said was ok. As we were practicing putting I observed a young employee looking out the window making sure we didn’t begin playing before our tee time, the other two players on our tee time were told the same thing. We sat outside for over forty minutes while know one was playing. At 1: ten a young employee came out to tell us we could go out to begin.

It was a bad way to begin our game very condescending and unnecessary I knew the rules but with know one playing what was the purpose of refusing to let us begin early if know one was currently playing. It was as if we used GOLFNOW we were treated differently .

Greens in great shape, rest of the course is a little dry , but in good shape. They said they were going to aerate on the 6th of June.

We took advantage of a hot deal for less than 25 bucks. With that said, this course was worth that, but wouldn't pay over $30 for the current conditions. The greens were in good condition and the fairways were good too. We usually play Viera East and play for the resident rate, so we were looking for a different look and layout. The driving range was in fair condition, and the putting green was in good condition. All in all this course is worth a look, and we are spoiled living in this area with courses that are usually kept to a 4 star level. I have read reviews saying that this course overlooks its tee times but I didn't experience it on the day I played.

Played at Baytree today. We walked off the 11th green right at 4 hours of playing time. We were on pace for a 6 hour round. It’s no fun playing golf that slow, so we quit after 11. I went in and mentioned it to the person working in the pro shop. Apologized, but said they don’t use a marshal. So, essentially, one group held up and ruined the day off the entire golf course. That lack of care about the paying customer is the reason I will never play there again.

Extremely tight with water on every hole. Great pace. Greens were perfect. Lost lots of balls. Played with 2 friendly members.

The course is in good shape and the greens are in great shape. Played fast, the 2 of us finished in 3 hours.

Course is super. Greens are about best in Brevard. Rating takes a hit for NO WATER ON COURSE!!!

i realize COVID affected operations. You really need water on course with onset of hot hot hot weather. Other courses have coolers with ice, cups for water and water fountains to refill water bottles.

Get your water act together and you could be best in area.

Enjoyed the course, it was very challenging. Good condition from tees to greens. The fairways and greens were very hard and cut tight. I think it would be a great course if it were aerated more often. Would definitely play again maybe it will soften up a bit with some rain in summer. Staff in pro shop and bar very friendly and helpful.

Played with a couple of members. Super nice company and beautiful weather. The course is in pristine condition. Very difficult if you're not hitting it straight. Ball eater. Lots and lots of water, very tight course. Greens ran fair and true. Fairways are in great shape.

Course in great shape. Greens rolling fast and smooth. Lots of sand and water to contend with but that said. Enjoy.
