Disappointing
Staff needs to go to Charm School. Very unfriendly, surly staff from pro shop to starter to ranger. They acted like they were going out of their way to do their basic job, someone should tell them they are in the hospitality business.. Except the cart girl! She had a smile on her face! Greens were in poor condition. Sawgrass 9 was like an afterthought and felt like it was in the next county. Bathroom code was unworkable (not just us but two other foursomes) and ranger told us we were essentially morons because he could get it to work so why couldn’t we.

Guy who was snobby and would not even tell me where I was going. He wouldn’t tell me where the carts were or where to start. He would be fired if he worked for me.

Like the Course… but strange Cart Rule
Pros:
• Like the layout.
• Fast greens
• Good pace of play (3:30 h)
• Fast E-Carts
• Clubhouse Restaurant still open at 6:00pm
Cons:
• Strange cart rule (you get the cart key just before your tee time).
• You have to walk with clubs to the driving range.
• Before 3:00pm no carts on the parking lot.
