Sawgrass/Gleneagles at Waterford Golf Club

Played the course for the first time. Quick shoutout to the Calusa Lake staff who was kind enough to turn down our reservation because they were aerating and they didn’t want a bad player experience! Well done Calusa Lake team!

This was the first time in a while we played the Sawgrass nine. It is not in as good a shape as the other 2 nines but the greens were excellent. There were a number of areas where the grass was very sparse. Overall though it is very good shape.

First time playing here and you honestly cannot beat the price. Sunday afternoon and not too busy. Course was in good shape especially for how dry it’s been. Will be back

I would definitely play her again!

I played with a member that told me all the hidden hazards. I wish they had a physical yardage book but it seems like most courses don't these days.

I thought the greens were hard to putt but they were in extremely nice shape.

Despite an incredibly dry winter Waterford is in great condition. Yes there are some thin spots here and there. The fairways are in great condition and the the greens can be a challenge as they are very fast.

Will continue to play this summer as the rains will make it a green paradise.

Played 18 on Saturday and had a good experience. Course needed a little work, but was in overall good condition. No beverage cart which was a little strange since I felt it was a nicer course. There are a lot of houses close to the fairways, so hit em straight!! I’ll definitely play this course again in the future.

I played at Waterford on Saturday, and we enjoyed the experience. The course was in good shape, and we finished the round in under four hours. The staff was friendly and there are nice facilities at the course. It's an easy drive from Sarasota and we'll definitely go back. It is a great value.

Each 9 hole layouts are very different and great to play.

Staff, course all good. Wish range balls could be included. Green were super fast the day I played. Loved them and frustrating at same time. Play this course. 😀
