Delaware Springs Golf Course

My wife and I have made this course our go to recently. The value, pace of play and the outstanding greens are all a part of why we love this course. It is always in really great shape! This is one of the best municipal courses around. It is a must play if you never have made the drive.

From the burgers to the bunkers great place to relax and play golf

1 drive from Austin was well worth it. Course in great condition and well worth the money. Only knock is that I wish it were closer to me so that I could play it more often.

Course was great, two things stand out.

1. The sand traps were pristine.

2. Pace of play was a bit backed up, I liked how later back they are but the starter should be a bit more organized.

I have been playing this course for the last 5 yrs. I use to drive from lakeway at least once a week. Now I live closer. This course is really a gem. Like the idea of not seeing other fairways as you play. Greens are always in great shape, new proper sand in the bunkers, and the aprons are trimmed. Now for the people behind the desk, they are great folks all of them. Treat you as a neighbor. As for the food, the ladies that work there are pleasant and make sandwiches and such that tastes homemade. One last thing, the addition of the pavilion, and they just finished laying down asphalt in the cart area and that really completes the package for this wonderful course. Best burger in town.

One of the best courses in this part of the state. It's a muny course but it's in better shape than most country club courses. I would encourage anyone who hasn't played it to give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

I really enjoyed playing here and even though it was my first time, I found the course to be very manageable and fun to play. Great for beginners and medium level players. My Uncle is a scratch golfer and it was easy for him (we played from Blues) but overall was a great experience and we will definitely play again.

Always a great course to play. Bunker renovation detracted slightly, but always a great time.

This is a really nice golf course for the money. On this occasion, however, the greens were exceedingly fast. Of course, a golfer should be able to adjust to the speed. It’s a great out of of the city course and I highly recommend it it. Play it!!

this is one course that I try to play at least once a year. never been disappointed here after 20 years.

A very well maintained golf course. Very good layout for amateurs. So much better than many semi-private courses that I have played. I enjoy the tranquility of the area. It is very relaxing and enjoyable to be there on a slow day. The staff is awesome, so helpful and friendly. The grounds crew was so conscious of staying away from golfers while still doing their job. Good job to everyone at Delaware Springs Golf Course in Burnet, Texas.

I can always depend on having a good time at Delaware. It's a little bit of a drive from N. Austin, but the value is wirth it.
