Kiva Dunes Golf Course

The course was in good shape. We arrived early to warm up and was able to tee off half an hour early. The greens were very hard. We were told that the greens were new and weren't holding very well. Boy were they right! Good shots ran off the back of the green. Couldn't hit it high enough to hold and my normal shots that check wouldn't hold either. Had to start running everything up to the green. Overall it was a great day of golf.

Friendly staff. The starter we met was very friendly and helpful. The course was is good condition. Beware of tall grasses! Snakes like to hide there, dang near gave me a heart attack. Greens were really nice and rolled true. We will definitely play again when we are in the area.

Nice course. Very windy but course was fair. Greens were hard and it was a challenge holding the greens. Putted true. Being from the north I am use to bent grass.

For early March course was in great condition. Greens were consistent and well maintained. Tee boxes and fairways were also excellent. The Whites are fun to play from but go out further and it becomes a great challenge. Driving range and practice greens great and easy to get to.

This is the first time I have played this course, the weather was perfect and the course was in great condition.

Course was in very good shape & challenging. Very attractive course and surroundings. Only issue: NO hole layouts unless you purchase course book so hidden traps and water were surprises. Even a basic layout on score card would be appreciated. Price per player includes sales tax & fee.

Beautiful golf course. High handicappers will struggle a bit with all of the sand and water on the course. Course was in pristine condition. Fairways were like hitting off of carpet. Bunkers had beautiful white sand. Not much bad to say about this course.

The course was simply A-maz-ing! Love the layout and the greens condition was superb. A must play if you live/ visit on the Gulf Coast. The views are truly breathtaking. Kudos to the excellent staff!

I would play this course again,very good test of golf,the greens can be 2clubs difference from front to back,lots of undulation in them.the course was in excellent shape,

Kiva Dunes is by far the best course we play - we play there often! This golf course always gives you a different look because of the changing weather conditions. It is both fun and challenging to play.

The renovations to the course in 2015 are awesome and the course is always in fantastic condition. The staff from the cart attendants, the restaurant staff to the Pro Shop are always welcoming and just the best a guest could hope for. They create a great experience each time we play.

If you have not visited our area and played Kiva Dunes you need to put it on your itinerary soon - you will not regret it. Kiva Dunes is simply the best!!!!!

The course was in excellent shape. Every hole had something unique. The staff was excellent and explained the course very well prior to teeing off. They definitely saved me a few strokes on tee shots I would have hit out of bounds. I really liked the card they gave out showing yardages and the hole layouts. Best course in the area that I've played.

Arrived at course about an hour early, was checked in

and met by attendant who provided range balls and directions. Starter came by range and sent me out early because it was a slow day. Course was in great shape from tee box to the green. Also played fast since I was a single (3 hours).

Kiva Dunes is a true gem on the Gulf Coast. Beautiful course, friendly pro shop staff, tasty food and an outstanding maintenance crew make this a must play when you are in the area! With last year's renovation, Kiva Dunes is even better than before. I grew up playing this course and I'm proud to have a top-notch course like this in my hometown. You will not regret giving Kiva Dunes a try... I recommend this course to every golfer I meet!

I've played Kiva several times. It never disappoints. Impeccably maintained and terrific layout. Food in the clubhouse and on-course beverages make it a great experience all the way around.
