Harmony Golf Preserve

It is always a joy to play here. The course is long and fun for all levels. They have installed new tees for the 55+ community that make it fun for families as well as those who just don't hit as far as they used to. Florida weather can cause some problems from time to time, as in all Florida courses, but the course drains quickly. What is so very special about this course, aside from the great staff, is that it is a nature preserve. I have seen hawks, bald eagle, baby sandhill cranes, wide turkeys, herons, egrets, turtles, armadillos, deer, alligators, just look around at the scenery!

Greens and fairways were in good shape. Tee boxes on the other hand, not so much. We just found and area near the tee boxes to tee off from.

This course has zero appeal to anyone familiar with public or daily fee golf. There is only ONE place to obtain drinking water on the course and it’s located in the Golf Shop where you pay your greens fee. It’s Central Florida?

The conditions are substandard from the tee box to the greens (alright it’s public daily fee golf) but again there is NO drinking water or a cart girl on a regular basis.

The fee is 30%-40% to high year round for what you have to put up with.

Not worth the effort or time.

The greens are beautiful, rained like heck but course drains quickly, layout is challenging and the staff is super. What more can you ask for?

Will start with the practice greens, they are rough. Then we went to play the round. Got to the tee box, they were horrible. Thank God we use a tee. The fairways were good and the greens were good as well. Hardly anyone on the course, so played at our pace, which was great. I have played this course multiple times and this was the worst I've seen it. It could of been cheaper for the course conditions. We will be back.

Greens were super slow. Weeds everywhere. Rough needs to be cut. Not worth $65.

The course is in overall just ok shape. It is always fun to play but, as conditions deteriorate the price should drop too.

Have played this course numerous times over the past several years and have always enjoyed it this time when I arrived before noon the course was empty of golfers except a few As a single player this made for a very fast round ,I.e. under two and a half hours. However, I found all the greens to be very slow which was unusual for this course and the fairways although well maintained had a lot of crabgrass type growth which almost gave it a rough like look. Great value for the money will definitely come back again

The cost or higher than courses in the area. There is ni discounts for junior golfers.

Second time playing the course in a week. For me it’s a must play. Course in great shape. Staff are friendly and helpful. Simply can’t fault the experience. Played as a single and caught up with two sets of three locals. They waved me through without a second thought. Well done Harmony.

Played Harmony on Monday as a solo player. Was surprised to be charged almost $150 as I played it last year for $50. Apparently it depends on which day you play.

However the course was in good shape. Tee boxes were a bit ragged but didn’t spoil the game. Greens were fast and true and fairways were good. I came up behind a group of 6 players but they let me through no problem. All told this course is a must play and if you are on a budget then play Tuesday to Thursday.

Greens are in great condition. Some of the tee boxes need some work, but as you get to put in on a peg- it should not impact your game. Bunkers are excellent. The fairways do have few area of some weeds and crabgrass, but again- it shouldn’t really impact your round. The layout is excellent and is a good test. There was not a beverage cart, but as we were done by 10:30, it did not really impact us.
