They booked after tournament, as a hot deals. I didn’t know about that. It took 3 hours first half. Don’t go there after tournament. They should not boot that manners. Normal play was impossible.

As always, great conditions, except for people not repairing divots on greens. A reminder should pop up every time a golf cart approaches the green, reminding people to repair divots.

Number 6 par 3 and number 10 par 3 - probably the two toughest par 3 combination (from back tees) of any course in Atlanta.

Staff was very friendly this time around.

Layout speaks for itself: fairways in great shape, tee boxes perfect. No complaints.

Course layout is great and staff is great. Conditions were nice but the course appears overplayed a little as the ball marks in greens were everywhere. Either no one repairs their marks anymore or this place gets played a lot and they can’t keep up. The tee box and fairways were great and even after a ton of rain conditions were dry and super playable.

Overall great course, conditions good as well as pace of play. Staff were just OK, quick check-in, all carts clearly marked with tee times. Starter wouldn't give cart keys until 5 min before tee time. Had to walk 100 yards to putting green with on 10 min before tee time. Staff isn't welcoming to golfers.

This course used to be one of the best in the area, but it has really gone downhill while charging more than ever. The greens are torn up with ball marks that haven’t been fixed, tee boxes are bare dirt in several spots and pace of play is abysmal. A bag of range balls is not included in your $130 round either. There are plenty of other courses in the area in the same condition charging half the price.

No grass on driving range a small troll shouted at us after paying.an extra $10 for 100 year old cracked driving range balls while trying to warm up. Great layout and lots of unique holes but not worth more than $60 and a small bucket of balls should be included (without a troll). No Bev cart, no 1/2 house and $12 for 3 waters. Too bad if managed correctly could be a great course.

This course has really gone downhill. The greens are absolutely terrible. Full of unrepaired ball marks. Not a smooth putt all day.

Very few water coolers on the course. I think we saw one on each side. The turn grill was unattended on a Saturday. The water station had no ice. We only saw the cart girl twice and her selection was pretty bad.

Pace of play was abysmal. Five hours fifteen minutes on a Saturday. We called the pro shop and they told us they didn’t have a marshal and would not send anyone out to enforce pace.

For $150/person I would expect a lot more. Would not return here again.

Wow! What a great course. Layout is incredibly thoughtful and challenging. Don’t let the weird fairways fool you, ball has to be in the night part of the fairway to have a chance at the approach shot. Trees, bunkers, hazards, are all in the right spot, if you miss your shot, you will pay the price.

Fairways were soft and perfect. But you give up some roll. It’s a trade off. Two par 3s, guarded by water, abiut as hard as a

Par 3 can come.

Greens were a little sandy but still

Rolled true. I wish people would repair there hallmarks. Tee boxes have recovered nicely.

Make sure to get plenty of water since 9 does not come back to proshop.

True test of golf skills, on a very well conditioned golf course.

Course up keep is awful. Place looked like storms blew through and they hadn't. Debris all over the place on the cart paths, etc. tee to green was ok but outside of that looked like a $20 muni. Worst I have ever seen it. Play was very slow and did t see a marshal until 17th green.

BB is a great course in good condition but could be better. I loved the layout and challenge of the holes.

Tee boxes and bunkers need some work. Greens were ok but as expected for Bent Grass this time of the year.

Staff was great!!!

I really enjoyed this challenging layout. My one complaint is that the greens really have alot of unrepaired ball marks.

of course it was in great shape other than people need to repair ball marks on the greens. Piece of plate was a little slow at the end no Marshall on the course to keep things moving. The only negative is they didn’t have a cart girl and it was very hot we could’ve used more hydration.

Overall course in good condition - a number of tee boxes require significant work.

Tee boxes were in need of turf in a few cases. Fairways well kept, and the greens were pretty nice for a public course. The hot dogs at the turn were soggy at one end and burnt on the other end of the bun, but the attendant was very hospitable.

The hype of the course is real. It has some great character. However, practice tee was closed. Chipping green was open. Putting greens were open as in great condition. However when teeing off, almost all 18 tee boxes were in poor condition with lots of sand on them or so wet that the grass was not growing. The fairways were in great condition but unfortunately, the greens were not as good as the practice greens. The question is are they ever on any course out there?

However, my overall rating would probably be a 3. My advice to anyone out there, do not pay the money just because it’s a Jack Nickolas course by name only! It does not reflect the character of the man. It only reflects the character of the people “trying” to take care of it.

Wish I could say I want to go back. But it is not worth the price of admission
