Great Value, Great Views

I took my son here for our first annual father-son Valentine's Day Golf trip. I shot an 89! He did not. The course layout is inviting but maintains challenges that keep a player entertained and vigilant. I highly recommend this course for seasoned players for looking for a decent challenge!

Amazing but…….

This was my first time and it was an amazing course, beautiful, enjoyable, and absolutely worth it!

The only small hiccup was during online booking. I was told the reservation couldn’t account for my ride-along, so I did end up paying an extra $20 when I got there. Not a big deal at all, just one of those “wish I had known ahead of time” moments.

Still giving 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maybe I’m just a penny pincher lol, but overall, great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Great Layout, Poor condition

Love the layout of this course but it is in poor condition. The greens were the best part of the course. The pro shop attendant was friendly and helpful

On a beautiful day most of the difficulties and pace of plays are side issues. Any playing with a great unknown person is an icing on the cake.

Solid course

Paid 60$ for a Sunday morning round. There was a 2 hour frost delay and they wouldn’t send groups out on the back which kinda of sucked. Food at the restaurant was good and well priced. The course itself had a fun layout, tee boxes and fairways were what you’d expect. Greens were pretty nice. Pace of play wasn’t enforced after you teed off and had to wait almost every shot on the back.

Hemet Golf Course

Brought the wife and brother-in-law out for a round, we absolutely loved the course. Beautiful, long fairways along with fantastic par 3’s. Greens were consistent for the most part. I will most definitely be coming back to play here again! Only cons are the driving range is out dated and they need to add a practice chipping green. Beautiful course!

Hidden gem

You can't beat the price, and seasonally, this is the best time to play this course. Maintenance takes care of the greens nicely, tee boxes can be cleaned up a bit and the fairways (because of this time of year) are playable.

The yardage is surprisingly long, since the fairways are sticky, nothing like summertime roll outs.

I highly recommend this course, for a fun outing.

Good Shape

The course was in good shape. The fairways could be a little greener but because of the weather being cold i can overlook that. Layout is challenging.

Not that bad as reviews say

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ 3.5/5 — Hemet Golf Club Review

My buddies and I were looking for a local Inland Empire course that was affordable, fun, and offered a few new challenges. We’ve played everything from high-end PGA-level courses to budget-friendly munis—both in and out of state—so we figured Hemet Golf Club would be a good way to wrap up our holiday vacation.

Overall, the course was decent but definitely not the most well-maintained. Some fairways were in rough shape, and a few bunkers were basically dirt or packed solid. One bunker was literally as hard as rock—but honestly, it gave us a good laugh, and we still managed to get the ball out clean.

The staff was friendly, even though we didn’t interact with them much. The golf carts were a highlight: GPS to the pin, Bluetooth, and a clean course overview. Super convenient and made the round more enjoyable.

My biggest complaint is the pace of play. It took us about five hours to finish the round. There wasn’t a ranger around to keep things moving, but to everyone’s credit, players were respectful and patient. It was busy—like sardines lined up on every hole—but the vibes stayed positive.

Restroom situation? Just porta-johns, but that doesn’t bother me. I work construction—I’ve seen worse.

Would I come back? Yeah, absolutely—especially if we can snag a tee time under $50. It’s not perfect, but it’s fun, it’s local, and it’s worth another round.

Fun Course

Very fun course. Some challenging holes with well maintained greens, fairways and tee boxes. Carts have digital scoring which is great.

Worth it

For the money, this course is all I was hoping for. Pace was 4 hrs with a noon tee time. Greens were in excellent shape and the fairways were ok. Good value for the money. Gent in the clubhouse was awesome, sorry I didn’t get his name.

Fun Course Great Value

I played at twilight and the pace of play was perfect, the price was unbelievable. I had fun on the course, it is well maintained with enough hazards to make it interesting but not overly challenging. I look forward to playing again.

Enjoyable course

The cause has some challenging and some reasonable easy holes. But all of them are very enjoyable if you don't get caught at windy day.
