Hemet Golf Club

First time at Hemet GC. Interesting layout with some fun holes. Driving range like hitting into a field. Bought a bag of balls to warm up. It was literally a plastic shopping bag. Quality range balls, though. I would play this course again.

I live in temecula but hemet has been in the best shape around compared to my local courses. On top the that prices are very fair even with everyone increasing prices because of covid. Definitely is my new go to course and highly recommend it

Tee boxes, fairways were poor; greens were well maintained but slow that day. Layout and weather were good. Staff was nice and welcoming. For the price....I’d play it again. Hope to see some TLC soon.

Great to see new sand in a few traps hope to see all traps with new sand the tee box’s are being worked on greens are getting better need water in the lake’s on 13&15th holes and badly need to over seed all fairways this course could Be the best l E with the proper care

Well it looks good to see new owners spending money to help course get back in shape! Now seeing new sand in a few straps hopefully all straps will get new sand there working on fixing the tee box’s also really good start hopefully they will overseed fairways this course could be the best in the Valley greens still need work but are getting better I really love this course also I hope they fill the lake on the 13th hole and keep it full it adds so much to the course

Nice layout, unfortunately course is dry and worn-out and greens rock hard.

Could be nicer with some new management and care.

Enjoyed the round. Course needs some touching up but a lot of fun holes. Really nice staff.

Once again, we spent all day waiting for a very slow threesome ahead of us. Because of the very slow play, we ended up as a fivesome and still waited! The threesome didn’t have to wait all day. Pathetic.

The course is in bad shape sand traps need good sand in them in must traps there is very little sand, the greens are in bad shape need a good new man to run course maintenance I have played this course for years and have never seen it over seeded . With the proper care this course could be fantastic!!

Wind, hail, lightning, rain and then the tee time came and the sky turned blue. What can happen in 15 minutes? The course handled the run off beautifully. It was cart path only, but everybody had a great time.

There was a foursome holding up a lot of groups for numerous holes. After 11 holes and experiencing four groups on holes 10 and 11, my golf partner and I called it a day. We decided to take a route forward and found the culprits. Nearly two holes clear ahead of them and backed behind them. No marshall on this course so it’s a matter of luck.

Course being renovated, fair shape GREAT layout just need some tender lovin care

Hemet Golf Club is still one of the better values for under $40 on GolfNow but it continues to show more signs of winter conditions deteriorating. The fairways are actually a little greener now than a month ago because of recent rains. However, the greens are not as good as they were a month ago. Most greens are still very playable but some are now marginal.

The staff is always excellent and the pace of play is usually very good. My foursome finished in 4 hours and 10 minutes this time . I still recommend this course for the cost vs others in the price range, but my recommendation is a little less enthusiastic now.

Me & my two buddies are dog crap at golf but had a blast. Pace of play was perfect for us, and we purposely skipped a hole to give ourselves extra time. We hit more houses than fairways off the tee. Definitely recommend for anyone who is new to the game, just get afternoon tee times.
