Hemet Golf Club

Most golfers play this course in the morning. We teed off at 11:50 and finished three hours later. Greens are in great shape. Only a handful of bunkers have sand. Fairways have dried out after the very hot summer.

Maintenance has improved in recent years.

Course conditions are not perfect, but the course itself was fun to paly and not boring.

It’s a great course but the conditions are very poor bunkers no sand in 3/4 of them half the fairways have little or no grass the greens are in decent condition , most tee boxes have weed growth trough out . It’s ashamed because this course could be fantastic with the proper care

They try hard to keep the areas where you should hit your ball nice. Fairways and greens in good shape for a municipal course. I wanted to help fill some divot marks on the tee boxes with sand from the buckets provided but they were all empty. Likewise on the turn I tried to swap out the sand bottle on the cart and every replacement bottle at the turn was empty. I would cut the tee boxes a little tighter so that you could tell whether your on the tee box or the fairway.

Easy fixes and would go a long way 👍🏼
