Hemet Golf Club

First time playing here in a while. Fairways are ok, but lots of bare spots. Bunkers in need of attention. Greens were fast and run true. Wish people would fix their ball marks on the greens. Price was good for the condition of the course.

The main problem here is the condition of some of the tee boxes very muddy and some did not even have grass, fairways were very dry and the greens were very fast from being dry. Sand traps we like cement. Most of the lakes were empty. Did not have a nice look. The area is nice and the people were great.

No carts available on check in that also caused delays. Ray very rude on response with poor customer service solution and language.

First time playing in a year, and the course has deteriorated. It has a good layout with plenty of challenges. The tee boxes and fairways need help. Lots of bare spots and limited amount of grass. The greens were fast with lots of undulations. Golfers need to fix their ball marks. I fixed a minimum of 3 per green, no excuse for that. Definitely not my first choice to play again.

We played it twice and really enjoyed it. Kind of a little hidden gem.

I honestly wonder how this place stays open. Been coming hear for years fairly regularly but this will be the last time. I’m tired of the abysmal customer service and snooty comments by pro shop employees because we are newer to golf, and asked a simple question like “if you all are wide open, do you mind if we have separate carts since he’s a lefty and I’m righty and both slice?” Apparently the business model doesn’t include retaining or attracting customers. Honestly the snack bar ladies are only enjoyable people to interact with.

Hemet has a nice layout and some fun holes. Course is mostly in rough shape tee to green, carts have GPS and are in good shape. Greens were still in good enough shape that putting (a little slow) was OK. Fairways, depending on your skill, you need to move the ball a lot as there are many bare spots on many fairways, Hemet is one of those golf courses you play because you want to get out and play and can overlook course conditions and still enjoy your game and day.

They ran out of carts, Poor customer response by management.

Unless you get a really good deal, don’t bother playing here. Tee boxes almost non existent. Greens rolled good but people don’t fix their ball marks so the greens didn’t look very good. Never seen so many different grasses in the fairways. The bunkers were unplayable, so free relief the way I saw it.

Friendly staff, great layout and bad fairway conditions. You have what you pay for.

Course is in real good shape. but still needs sand in the trapes. good value for the money.

Course was a fun track to play . Greens were excellent and fairway conditions were good for the most part . Pace of play was slow but we were out there to enjoy the day so it wasn’t too big of a deal for us . Staff is friendly and help-full.i will be back to play this course again as it’s pretty good value for dollar .
