Nice Design, Poor Upkeep
The course design itself was very nice and would be a fun challenge for all skill levels. That said, the course looked haggard. There was little or no sand in the fairway bunkers. The waste areas were not maintained, and the greens had been poorly aerated. Whoever did the aeration, didn't roll the greens or put enough sand on the greens. Balls were hopping all over the place.

Discount needed for aeration of greens
Price should have been discounted due to large aeration holes and sand on the greens. In addition, most sand traps/bunkers need repair.

Sad to see
I haven’t played here in a few years. I was surprised to see the course in bad shape. The bunkers have not been maintained and most were unplayable. The fairways were patchy. The greens were the only thing that seemed ok. Too bad this used to be a really nice course.

Highly recommend if you haven’t had a chance to play…conditions are always excellent. GOLF staff is always accommodating and a great test from the tips, especially on a windy day.
