Recent fairway aeration and greens were Medium to Slow pace

Fun course to play. Yesterday's wind made a challenging course that much more of a challenge.

average course, below average service. Pro shop, beverage cart, snack shop - all seemed apathetic. Won't be back.

This was my first time playing this course and it couldn't have gone better. Staff was very friendly, course was beautiful and well managed. Greens were a little slower than I was used to but looks like that is my type of greens, 18 holes and no three puts lol. I will now apply for a membership.

Cherry Blossom has been in great shape every time I've played it, but this time the greens left a bit to be desired (likely due to poor winter weather). Everything else was extremely well maintained. The course wasn't very busy, so we pretty much went at our own pace Holes 16, 17, and 18 are as good a set of finishing holes as you'll find anywhere around here. All in all, not a hard course for a better player, but a good course all the same.

This course was in great shape. I travel all over the US and play a lot of golf. This course was in the best condition of any public course I've played this year. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Lexington!

Course was in great shape, but I wouldn't say this is one of the top two public courses in the state, course was in great shape but nothing fancy or great about it, there are better courses in the state

Cherry Blossom is no doubt a top 3 course in all of Kentucky. Conditions are in EXCELLENT shape. Be warned - the ROUGH is TOUGH - it will cost you a stroke - there is not "first cut"- it is Fairway - then Rough. I lost two balls by missing the fairway less than 10 yards. The course gets a lot of play, but it doesn’t "feel" worn-out – Tee boxes and greens – excellent shape. Come for the golf course - I don't think they are going to win any awards for their service (or lack thereof) which is OK because the course is that good.

The course is fair in that it has some relatively easy holes and some quite difficult holes. The greens were in excellent shape but the rough was a bit too tall, making it extremely difficult to find your ball less than 2-3 yards off of the fairway.

It is a great course with a great and challenging layout. I have always believer it's price is somewhat high for it. But still a great course. Comparable to Old Silo, but Old Silo's design and challenge is a little more surperior.

Other than the weeds on the course and lack of sand bunkers to course what pretty nice.

The only problem was that the rough was deep enough that it was hard to find balls, even a few yards from the fairway. I had one drive bounce off the cart path in a wide open area but the ball disappeared in the tall grass. Otherwise the course was in excellent condition and challenging even from the white tees.

Played as a twosome. Finished the front 9 in about 1:45 hours. Unfortunately the back 9 was not as kind. We followed a threesome that played painfully slow and for some reason would not afford us the opportunity to play through......not the courses fault, still disappointing. The course is in good shape and if you take into consideration the local weather and slow spring, it's really in very good shape. The greens ran true, the traps had enough sand and were maintained well enough to be playable.

Course still recovering from winter. The day we played was cold (upper 30's, lower 40's), cloudy but thankfully not too windy. The "greens" (browns) were pretty rough and bumpy still.
I have only heard good things about this course and I would definitely come back when things green up some. I can see the potential beauty that will be there in a few more weeks.

We were not overly impressed with the layout nor the beauty of this course as it is built around a Sub-division ...which distracts from the appeal of your golf experience....Layout was somewhat out and back design ,,,which makes it seem a tad boring and lackluster....

Challenging from any tee box. Most greens have nice approaches. The fairways are narrow but the rough is wide.

Cherry Blossom is an excellent golf course. The holes are interesting and well-designed. Although surrounded by residential development, the houses do not intrude excessively. The course is immaculately maintained and operated by staff who are typical Kentuckians--very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. Great course and great value. We will return.
