StoneRidge Golf Course

Considering that it is late January, the course is in very good condition - still green in many areas. Greens are on the slow side but roll well. Fairways and tee boxes are mostly good.

Almost every tee shot is visually beautiful and tactically challenging. You have to make elevation adjustments on every shot. The grass is all dormant this time of year but I WILL be back when the course is green!

Well designed mountain course that rewards consistency. You don’t need to be a long hitter, but if your accurate with driver there are a few holes you’ll get pumped up to challenge. Priced better than most. Cartts could be in better condition yet they’ll get you around a hilly course.

Excellent public golf course that you’ll want to play again. Accuracy is a plus, yet bring a few extra balls if you like to challenge a course.

Stone Ridge is a desert, mountain target golf course. The terrain is so steep in some places there are switchbacks in the cart path.

The course is generally in good shape, however they are reconstructing some tees and the greens need some attention. I can only imagine they’re not watering due to the below freezing temperatures at night, but the greens hadn’t been cut recently either. There are no amenities due to COVID. I like the course and will play it again, but you need to be aware of the winter conditions.

The course was under maintenance, the greens were under golf green maintenance schedule. I would of like to know this before I played.

It is an extreme target golf requiring an accurate shots, but it is doable.

I loved the elevation changes, challenging greens and spectacular scenery.

It is a challenge to manage your game on this course. But to score, it is necessary that you do!

Greens punched last week, greens sandy and slow. Pace of play slow but steady. Bring a lot of balls, no forgiveness off of fairways.

We have played multiple times and usually love this course. We prepaid and when we got to the course they advised us that we had to play 1-9 2x. The greens were being aerated and where also covered in sand. This was told to us upon arrival with no option of refund.

My buddy and I come here every year in October for our birthdays. We were actually the 4th group to tee off at Stoneridge opening day in 2002. I’ve been hooked ever since. The course and greens were incredible shape as always. Got to give props to the bacon cheeseburger as well.

Challenging and fun course. Well kept greens and fairways. Tee times were spread out so we barely saw the group behind us and never saw the group ahead of us. Club house staff were fantastic! I highly recommend Stone Ridge.
