All the greens had serious problems or were basically dead.

The layout is tremendous. Visually a treat. The greens are diseased and in need of replacement.

I love this course, the layout is great, but unfortunately the greens were a disgrace and this wasn’t mentioned when we arrived at the course.

Worst greens I have played on all year.

This was the third time I have played this course. The greens were in need of some TLC and the course was in multiple places COMPLETELY under water due to the storm. This isnt a hit on the course because that's out of their control but just be aware that there are additional "lakes" that use to be sand traps but now are ground under repair until the water drains

I have played Old Corkscrew many times during the past 15 years and I have never seen it in such poor shape. Staff should stop play and care for the greens, fairways and bunkers. The damage the course suffered during Helene and Milton is evident. The worst part is the greens. Municipal courses are in much better shape than this course that used to be a gem. Do not waste your money. I sincerely hope that the management and owners put pride on the product before profit. What a disappointing Sunday it was.

Very hard, very wet, built in a swamp,They lost all their greens and forget putting on them.very difficult layout and I’m a 14,I would not recommend this course and we were never notified that they lost their greens I would not play this course for $40.00 never mind $129.00

The greens here were in horrible shape. I really wish someone would alert us when the greens have been aerated. Even on golf now we paid too much. I will not return

Although there are waste-like areas throughout the course there is very little of what I would term "rough". Fairways are wide and then there is a second cut then the waste areas. If you're hitting relatively straight, you'll almost always have a good lie for your next shot.

Played Old Corkscrew multiple times over the years and the greens were the worst they have ever been. A third of the greens were almost unplayable. Some sort of a disease or course management issue. Some of the greens had patchwork repairs and areas of no grass. What was frustrating, I called prior to booking and asked when they were aerrified and what condition they were. Was told they were aerified but it great condition. I beg to differ. Not worth $97.50 to play. If the greens are in bad shape discount the price or close the course and fix them. I would be okay if I only paid $45, the true value. We won't be back until the greens are in a acceptable playing condition.

When you come in to play golf on this course, be prepared to leave it all out there. Your ball striking, your putting, and even your eyesight is going to be tested by the beauty and layout of of course. A couple of greens with a little bit of issues, but nothing major overall. I 100% enjoyed playing in this golf course.

Beautiful property and a staff that enhances the experience. This course is true to golf in more aspects then just the game. The greens and course was under some maintenance but was still very playable. We will be back to try conquering again. Loved the layout, very challenging and beautiful. Played the day of a sfpga tournament, which was awesome. Did not try the food, other than the best hotdog I have personally ever had. This course is a must see and the hot dog a must on the turn!!
