Mission Royale Golf Club

They are cutting the fairways very short for some reason. Most of them are pretty spotty and you need to move the ball to get a half decent lie. Kind of disappointing because it was in better shape a month or so before.

Drove an hour to play at 1200. A tee time I set the week previous. Arrived at 1110 to be told that due to frost my tee time was now closer to 230pm. Not enough time to play 18. Pro shop staff suggested I could wait in restaurants for over 2 hours the okay 9 holes. When I arrived the staff me.mber asked me " didn't I co tact you?" The answer is No. I wont e attending here again in a hurry!

Course was pretty good. Just needs some fine tuning.

Would play again.

Played 3 times now greens were fast with a little brown grass the first time. Much better the third time. I really like the layout has a few great holes. 16 and 17 are fun. Most bunkers need sand desperately.

Easy to find, easy check in, carts newer, tees towel and sand on carts, water bottles for us, buckets for towels, change of nines makes for more crossing streets, not suppose to take carts to car, tees good but dry and hard, fairways dry but pretty fair, roughs dry and spotty, bunkers with not much sand and pretty hard, greens look ugly but we think putt the best of all we have played,, 2 club wind today, played in 4 hrs,

It was frustrating with our group as we were always waiting. We did have an hour frost delay so our t-time at 11:30 moved to 12:30. The greens are still splotchy with more brown than green grass. It was quite difficult to read the greens because of that. Very fast because there wasn't much grass to catch the golf ball from off the green or when putting, we couldn't get the feel of how soft or hard to hit the ball. Pin placements on a slope instead of flat greens was frustrating also. Staff in restaurant were friendly, food very hot while we waited for our t-time. Pro shop has a variety of items to sell. The prices are reasonable, a wide variety of sizes & the styles of clothes are top-notch.

Fun course in good condition. I will play here again and bring friends. The restaurant staff was extremely hard working and pleasant and the course made for a very fun day

Course was in a little rough shape, greens were sparse of grass on a few of them. Waiting for 5 groups on par 3’s is ridiculous. Spread your tee times out if necessary. 5 hr round. Course layout good and would probably go back

Great course, great staff! Only problem was the pace of play was a little slow
