Robson Ranch Golf Club

The only reason I gave this outing 4 stars was because the mosquitos on the 4th hole were atrocious . My legs go eaten up !!!lol.

This course is way above par from a majority of courses here in Az. Even just coming off of a really hot summer, the course was in fantastic shape!! Even though the rough had some teeth I had only lost (1) ball the whole round!

This gem of grass in the AZ desert is a nice 45 minute drive from NW Tucson. Easy to get to, and a nice course to escape from the regular Tucson tracks. We launched at 0830 and were delayed a bit by some locals but at the turn, made up for time. We completed the 18 in less than 3.5 hours.

It had rained the night prior which made the AZ heat very steamy, and the mowers could not get on the course early enough to make the fairways short. Long, wet grass prevented roll outs on shots however the greens were receptive and quick to take the breaks.

Scored 46/44.from Pine/Rust.

Played to my Handicap Index 17.6.

Pleasant staff, and nice food & drink in the restaurant afterwards.

Will definitely return.

Rain caused the fairways too long. The balls did not run out like normal

Rain causes maintenance nightmares.

The course was in very good shape with the greens smooth and true.

Course is in great shape and the greens are a good pace. I hit my 3rd hole in one on #16 from the white tees at around 150 yards. Fortunately, there weren't a bunch of players in the var :)

Overall good experience from the check in, starter and pace of play. Great event and would recommend Robson Ranch to all friends and anyone ask for a local quality golf course.

The greens seemed a bit slower than last week. After the front 9 the group ahead of us dropped so we were able to play the back 9 as fast as we wanted.
