Nice fast greens
Good conditions greens are firm and fast! Bunkers could use additional sand.
Nice Round
The Robson Ranch community is very nice. The club house is very nice and the restaurant and bar are excellent. The golf course was in great shape for this time of year. I was able to get a red hot deal from GN which made the game more affordable. The regular green fees are a bit steep in my opinion.
The course is in excellent condition
I loved the condition of the greens and tees, fairways also. I had hoped the pace of play would allow me to finish my round, but it was too dark to see after 16 holes. I don’t think full round tee times should be offered after 2:45-3 until later in the year.

A great course well taken care of and super friendly staff. Played 18 holes and would definitely go back for more.

Fantastic Greens!
Robson is a typical retiree course, wide open, minimal hazards. Fairways were not overseeded so played on painted dormant Bermuda causing tight lies. Actually easier it hit from the rough. Greens are the highlight of the course. They are fast and pure. Impeccably maintained. No excuses for a missed putt. Was warmly greeted by staff though am not a Robson resident. Rangers very friendly. Nice bar/restaurant for after round refreshments.
Another great day at the course
The weather was spectacular and the pace of play was good. Was paired with a couple from Quebec and they were fun to play golf with. The course is in great shape and the greens are fast, just the way I like them!
A nice tract in nowhere land
This course has a nice feel to it, especially for the over 55/65 crowd. There are enough tee boxes to cover all handicaps and the out of bounds is mitigated by large waste areas. Pace of play was pretty good too as most players didn’t have to waste time looking for “lost” golf balls.
Subtle breaks
Overall nice conditions. Over watered in a few areas
Fairways filling in with overseed. Greens quick with lots of slight undulations. Fun to play
Plays well
Course play is real good and the pace was 4:10 minutes
Water Leaks
Course overall is in good condition. I play here on a regular basis. However, I don't understand all the water leaks that are going unrepaired, and there are many. These are not leaks that have suddenly appeared, they have been leaking for a long time. It's high green fee season, let's get them repaired.
Beginner golfer here. My first round ever was at TPC Scottsdale (Stadium) this August. I have to say the ranch is really nice. The greens were playing pretty fast. It’s wide enough you don’t have to worry about getting into peoples house unless you have a really errant shot. The carts were pretty nice, It’s basically two 9 hole courses Buttes (front 9) and Picacho (back) the overall condition of the course was great. There’s some water on 9 by the clubhouse other wise it’s rolling hills and a thoughtful layout. I did a pre pay a few days before and got my buddy I in there for the cost of walking up and paying for two golfers. They have a nice bar and grill in there, access to water/ice and bathrooms in convenient locations on the course.

Somewhat far from Chandler, but definitely worth it!
