Had a 10 am tee time. Worth the drive to eloy. Course was just off cart path from overseed. Greens rolled at a decent pace and tees fairways were in good shape. I would rate this course similar to Poston Butte Golf Club which is a groom course They did not have a beverage cart but there is a snack bar at the turn I would definitely call in your order if you plan on stopping as we did not and the group behind us passed us was not a problem as there wasn’t anybody behind them they have a sign with phone number on the 8th hole.

Great conditioning, friendly staff, good pace of play, excellent practice range andputting green, multiple tees. Great value.

Easy check in pace of play fair fairways good rough grass spongy and sometimes harder to hit from bunkers pretty good greens better than last week nice to have water ice and water buckets for towels

It is early November, the course has just been reseeded, and you would expect things to be a bit ragged, but it was perfect.

over seeding just done so greens slower and cart paths only played in 4 hours mostly due to lots of walking unnecessarily

The course was in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. Of course cart path only made play a little slower, but no hurrying by the marshal. The pro shop guy and starter were friendly enough. The only downside was not having the snack bar or restaurant open for refreshments. Still, a good day of golf on a great course. How can I complain?

Beautiful course, not loving porta potties on front nine. But other than that it’s. Beautiful course.

We were hassled several times about slow play. It was cart path only, we never dilly dallied and only stopped 5 minutes between nines for restroom. It took us 4 hours 25 minutes, not exceptionally slow for cart path only. I play this course many times every year and usually have a great experience. However, the last two times we have played there, today and once in August, we have been hassled because “the residents” complain. And in August, we finished in like 3 hours and 15 minutes! It leaves a bad taste in your mouth. If the residents don’t like non-residents playing there, maybe they should make it a private club,

Overseeding had been just completed and looks like it will be in great shape for the year. Greens were understandably a little slow but all of them look extremely healthy. Pace of play was OK considering it was cart paths only.

Recommend an early tee time if you want to finish in decent time.

I've played this course many times I've always enjoyed it.The course is only going to get better. Staff are very friendly . Starters keep play moving. Cart path only, just over seeded.

There were a handful of golfers but it still took more than 4 1/2 hours to play. I called the pro shop to let them know about slow play and a lady named Candy said she would send the marshall which never happened (this was on hole 7), she simply ignored my call. Too many old and slow people and NO marshalls.

The course is in great shape for this time of the year. Fairways, rough and greens. Not any peop,e there this time of year, I played 18 in less than 2 hours. It is a fun track and priced right.

First time to the Ranch. Very impressed with the early morning staff. Candy at the desk gave me the run down of the course rules and lay out. John the Marshall was very generous and even supplied me with 2 large cups of ice water before tee off. I will be back at least 4 times a year. Pace off play was very quick, Course was iin beautiful condition.

Not many people playing when I was there so we had a quick round of golf on a good course. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will play again.

My second time playing RR. Facilities are excellent: an 18 station green driving range and multiple putting greens, clubhouse top notch. Employees all friendly and helpful, even to those who do not live in the community.

Carts are gas powered and were probably the fastest carts I've had in Phoenix. No cooler provided, so glad I brought my own. There are two ice machine on the course so keeping drinks cool not a problem.

Course conditions: Tee boxes level and green, though some might be considered a little too lush. Fairways overall are in good condition, though some (like the first fairway) have some major roped off areas where turf is under repair. Fairways are wide and generous, which is important because the Bermuda grass will grab your club and twist it in the rough. Greens were moderately paced and a bit bumpy; I had a few putts get pushed to the left as the ball approached the cup. The one bunker I was in had good thick sand in it and was very playable.

Overall, a moderately difficult course but an enjoyable track. Will definitely play here again.

Great course in great condition especially for this late summer in Arizona. The only issue is this time was the fairways were cut long a they were smooshy. A well stuck drive normally runs for awhile at this course. This time it stuck in place.
