Much improved!
Having not played this course in over a year due to. Terrible conditions and destroyed greens I was hesitant to play here. However after reading recent reviews that the greens have been fixed I decided to give it another shot since I love the layout and challenging holes.. I was not disappointed ! This course is in the best shape I have seen it and looks like it will be some of the best shape ever this summer for sure .. Excellent job remaking hole number 12 too !
Course was enjoyable
I played this year after being disappointed last year as the greens had been damaged and were mostly dead on almost half of them. I was happy to see the greens have come back and will enjoy playing the course multiple times this year
great greens
I do not know what happened but the greens, even in the late winter are very nice. last year at this time they were horrible. they fixed some of the bunkers also. They are definitely spending some much needed effort/money on the course. with the length of the course and the dificulty it could host a major local tournment. the layout is that good
Much better than previous couple of years...but still needs work
Overall the weather was beautiful and the round was great. The greens are in good shape and you can tell they are really working on improving the conditions. I spent a lot of time in the rough that day and it's pretty patchy. Some of the fairways are mushy, but only dealt with one plugged ball. They recently removed a fair amount of trees and I think this is going to help with course conditions. It also makes the course mutch less intimidating visually. I like the changes they are making.
Great experience
Had a great time last Monday, staff and course were awesome.
Amazing improvement
Last year, the greens got damaged, and never recovered until now.Fantastic job by, new greens keeper.I believe this course will be in its best shape ever, this year.I am stoked about the greens, since I live near here.Nice lounge also, with Mt. Rainier views.
Spring golg
The greens were awesome. Best they have been in two years!
Druids Glen
Best the course has looked in a couple years! Greens were in excellent conditions!! There was a lot of elk damage to fairways and minor on a couple greens... I’d still rather have them around!!
Played the course on Feb 13th, it was brisk but not too bad. Considering the conditions, the course was in great shape. A little wet in spots, but it is still winter !
Fun to play but a wet track
I enjoyed playing at druid’s Glen but it rained overnight and the course did not drain well. Will go next time in better weather
Winter Golf
Played in late January so the course was a bit wet and soggy after about 10 days of rain. Ran into a couple players who drove down from Canada to play so I think that speaks volume for the course. Overall, I enjoyed the course, negotiating the hazards. Would definitely recommend it because the course was designed for all levels.
Great golf course
Great layout. Challenging course with lots of water, but still plenty of room to hit driver. Played the championship Ted and I would say if you are a 15 handicap or less, this would be a good set of tees to play this course from. Greens in great shape for early season golf. Looking forward to playing later in the year to see how conditions change. Highly recommend playing this course.
Good track
Nice course in great shap for January. My only gripe is the awful Matt’s at the range otherwise fun place to play
The course seemed to be in great shape for being January . We played with a couple guys who play often here and they said the changes to staff on the greens keeping end had made a difference. The greens seemed to be recovery and there were no temporary greens. I’d defiantly go back and would love to go back when it’s warmer out!
better
the maintenance is better than before 6 months ago
