Brigantine Golf Links
About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

Slow pace of play
5+ hour round. Fairway had a lot of bald spots. Greens were punched and on the way to healing.
First time and not the last
I really enjoyed this course. First, the pro shop person asked me if I had ever played this course. Since I hadn’t, he arranged for me to play with a pair that had. They gave me tips on how to play the holes. Course was very linksy with few trees and a steady wind blowing. Everyone I met, either players or staff were super friendly. And the hot dogs were great!
May review
I saw a few reviews saying the course was in bad shape. I disagree, the greens were worked probably a week ago and still a little bumpy but will be excellent in a few more days. Fairways are in good shape
Pace of play was great
Nice layout
Only issue was the greens which they are working on under new management.
Couldn’t cancel with money back
45 degree weather and 95% chance of rain and no money back. But all other courses we booked for the three days did
Don’t waste your money
This has to be the worst golf course I’ve ever seen in my life, bunkers horrible fairways horrible dirt all over the golf course hardly any grass. There was actually sand around one of the greens. Unbelievable stay away and the birds I’ve never seen so many birds on one course in my life bird poo all over the place.
Terrible conditions
The greens are in terrible shape and the fairways have to much geese poop nice layout but not worth the money
Long way to go
This was, by far , the worst course I ever played. One hole was shut down and literally the other 17 holes were in such bad shape. Half of every hole was under water. My feet were soaked and honestly I couldn’t wait to leave. This course deserves negative stars. Do not waste your money.
Beautiful mind
I made a reservation through Golf Now and arrived 3 hours and 30 minutes from New York, but the golf course was closed because of the heavy rain that day. Nevertheless, the golf course graciously allowed us to walk and play a round. We were very careful not to damage the grass, and we fixed the divots neatly, and we finished the round happily with a heart of sincere gratitude. I pay tribute to the wonderful and warm golf course and all the staff. I hope you will take pride in being an indispensable part of the board of directors.

Great Links Style Course
Jefferson at the front desk was great and the course was fun and in good shape for November. We had a great day and enjoyed the round.
It’s ok
Not a bad course, tee boxes are beat up, fairways are just average. Greens were running real slow and a lot of bad ball repair marks. Bar and food was closed for a wedding or a party. Cart girl only had limited supplies. Overpriced for what they have there. No issue with the staff.
Nice beach munie
Decent municipal course . They charged us $99 on Labor Day weekend (Friday) which I guess isn't as bad ; I saw $175 at other courses in the area which is a little much for this guy. The course runs through residential ; lots of houses , my buddy launched a couple that we hope hit the top of someoens shed ..
Cool stuff about the course . Veterans parking right up front .. your at the beach .. local kids selling balls on some of the holes .. one of the kids said "I'll have that one back for you next week" as I launched one into the reeds. Pretty funny .
not bad for the money
I've played here many times. Course is always fun to play. You can lose a lot of balls in the swamps and grasses, but otherwise not too difficult. The tee boxes and greens are starting to get beat up from a long summer. Good value for the money considering other nearby courses are charging almost $200 for a Saturday round of golf.
