Brigantine Golf Links
About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

It’s ok
Not a bad course, tee boxes are beat up, fairways are just average. Greens were running real slow and a lot of bad ball repair marks. Bar and food was closed for a wedding or a party. Cart girl only had limited supplies. Overpriced for what they have there. No issue with the staff.
Nice beach munie
Decent municipal course . They charged us $99 on Labor Day weekend (Friday) which I guess isn't as bad ; I saw $175 at other courses in the area which is a little much for this guy. The course runs through residential ; lots of houses , my buddy launched a couple that we hope hit the top of someoens shed ..
Cool stuff about the course . Veterans parking right up front .. your at the beach .. local kids selling balls on some of the holes .. one of the kids said "I'll have that one back for you next week" as I launched one into the reeds. Pretty funny .
not bad for the money
I've played here many times. Course is always fun to play. You can lose a lot of balls in the swamps and grasses, but otherwise not too difficult. The tee boxes and greens are starting to get beat up from a long summer. Good value for the money considering other nearby courses are charging almost $200 for a Saturday round of golf.
Nice vacation round
First time playing here. The course was in good shape and it wasn’t busy early in the morning during the week. It was challenging but somewhat forgiving. It was nice that there was cold water jugs on the course since it was really hot.
Childish Pro Shop Manager
I showed up at 11 for an 11:115 Tee Time. I was wearing a Met T shirt. The pro shop guy asked me to turn it inside out. I thought it was because it wasn't a collard shirt, I would have bought one at the shop. He said it's because he didn't like baseball and the Mets. I thought he was kidding but then he asked if he should cancel the round. I told him several explicits after he cancelled my round and he even followed me outside to escalate the argument in front of several golfers. He was cursing and calling me New York. This man has no business running anything. He has to be the owner. Thats the only way he still has the job. If you are reading this, LETS GO METS!!! LETS GO METS !!!!! LETS GO METS!!!!!
Not worth the money
Had a 9am tee time, The course was in fair conduction, proshop friendly. Starter and ranger very rude (. First time for this) ranger would block the narrow cart patch the look at you like it was your fault. Only saw the cart girl once and that was on the second hole.
As for the amenities. No ball washers on the course ( course was muddy) no were to get a shack or foods.and cart girl only had beer.
Course was not worth the $95 cost. More on the 30 or 40 dollar cost to play.
Great course!
This was a fun course to play during our vacation! A good challenging course that all experience level golfers can enjoy.
Not great
The only thing this course has going for it is the club house. Great breakfast sandwich and reasonably price bar. The staff was very friendly. The course it self was not maintained well and the flys were unbearable.
Horrible conditions
Standing water on green #13, very wet even though there had been no rain the prior few days, horrible conditions on tee boxes and fairways
No maintenance.
Played this course many times. Always been average. They totally let it go the last month. Sand traps were like gravel, oil spills on greens and pace of play was horrible. Fair value would have been like $60 per person, nowhere near worth $100 a round. Drop the prices if this is how the course will be maintained.
