Seaview - The Pines Course

The lesser known of the two 18-hole courses at the Seaview is the Pines Course. It originally started as a nine-hole course but another nine-hole course was added later and the two courses were eventually combined to form the Pines Course. The course has a par of 71 and it is 6,731 yards from the back tees.
Seaview's Pine Course doesn't provide scenic views but it does offer a good game. Some even prefer the Pines course because of its quiet location behind the resort's hotel and also because of its more challenging features. The golf course has tight fairways lined with trees, medium-sized greens that are undulating, and strategically placed bunkers.

Nice course
Course was in good shape. Greens very receptive and rolling well. Rough was very long. Bunkers were in good shape. Saw the beverage cart 3 times.
A little to pricey
Greens and fairways very good shape.
Numerous sand bunkers flooded with water
Tee boxes just ok.
Good pace of play.
Narrow fairways with tight turns so play 3 wood or hybrid more often
The pine course over priced

Needed a shuttle to driving range which was in poor shape

Great Staff, but pricey for the pines in my opinion...
Pros: Great staff, and greens and fairways were in great shape.
Cons: it rained a ton the night before so the bunkers were swimming pools. The Blue tee-boxes hadn't been mowed in a while. And the greens were slow with little run-out due to all the rain.
The course plays a bit narrow from the tips (or maybe may game just needs improving). The par 3s are long on the back 9 (230, 219)...
Overall - Great venue, but I think the price is high for this course. Just saying...

Played back to back weeks. Tee boxes are stressed. Greens are rolling nicely. Fairways nice too. Bunkers are native shore sand, not soft and light. No water to drink on course. Cart w beverage made the rounds. We brought soft coolers w waters. A cooler w ice is part of the golf cart. Fair and tough round. Enjoyed both visits.
Seaview - Pines Course
The course was in excellent shape. Greens were true and moderately fast. Sand traps could use some more sand in some of them. Staff was excellent. Pace of play for a resort course was excellent.
Conditions great
Good conditions overall, PGA tour rough, greens in good shape, fairway in great shape, bunkers could use some more sand
