Seaview - The Pines Course
About
The lesser known of the two 18-hole courses at the Seaview is the Pines Course. It originally started as a nine-hole course but another nine-hole course was added later and the two courses were eventually combined to form the Pines Course. The course has a par of 71 and it is 6,731 yards from the back tees.
Seaview's Pine Course doesn't provide scenic views but it does offer a good game. Some even prefer the Pines course because of its quiet location behind the resort's hotel and also because of its more challenging features. The golf course has tight fairways lined with trees, medium-sized greens that are undulating, and strategically placed bunkers.

Golfer Reviews
Peaceful and quiet
Course was in excellent shape - played fairly and almost with no one around. Had a wonderful time
Nice Course
Course is challenging and interesting. Conditions were very good, especially after recent heavy rains. Course drains well. Glad we were able to use cart with 90 degree rule.
Pines was nice
The course was not crowded and the pace was quick until the last few holes, and even then, we only waited a short time.
The conditions were decent. I am used to greens that have fringes, but these greens just ended without fringe cuts. The traps were not as good as I expected, and there were not enough rakes (unfortunately, I visited the sand quite often).
Great course !
Although fairway conditions were a little rough, MD boxes were heavily damaged. Those were the only things bad I can say about this course. Staff is professional and they run the course their golf course should be rough getting people out on time, we got done around in under four hours for a foursome
Very slow this time out.
The course is nice played over 100 times over the years but this time it was VERY VERY slow. Was very supprsed the ranger did not try and speed up play !!!!
