Seaview - The Pines Course
About
The lesser known of the two 18-hole courses at the Seaview is the Pines Course. It originally started as a nine-hole course but another nine-hole course was added later and the two courses were eventually combined to form the Pines Course. The course has a par of 71 and it is 6,731 yards from the back tees.
Seaview's Pine Course doesn't provide scenic views but it does offer a good game. Some even prefer the Pines course because of its quiet location behind the resort's hotel and also because of its more challenging features. The golf course has tight fairways lined with trees, medium-sized greens that are undulating, and strategically placed bunkers.

Great course. Good deal. Great time.
Good value Great course. Had a great time. We were able to play in tthe rain.
Great time and great value
I took my son to play the Bay Course at Seaview. He is fairly new to the game. The course offerred him the opportunity to have a good time while at the same time providing enough of a challenge for me. All of this at a very reasonable cost. The course was very well maintained and the staff was exteremely helpful and friendly. They have an excellent golf shop.
Some of the holes provide a great view of Atlantic City. I would defintiely recommend playing here and plan to return on my next trip...although I will likely try the Pines Course before playing the Bay again.
Challenging course with the deep rough but it's fun.
Although a course was good, there are many little bugs biting us which was annoying.
Great course in great condition! Whipped my butt.
Can't wait to go back and play it again! We thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf.
Well maintained golf course.
I like this course because its easy to play on but challenging.
Well maintained course.
Nice golf course. I will definitely come back to play again on this golf course.
Challenging and fun
I've played both courses at SeaView and the Pines is a fun and difficult course that my entire foursome enjoyed. Can't wait to play it again!
Fun golf course, play smart
This was the first time I played this course in 10 years and it was a great treat to go back. The Bay course is short but it makes up for it with its character and tight fairways. This golf course is no pushover with the wind and the high fescue all over the place. To really score well here, playing smart and solid ball striking is necessary. I definitely recommend this golf course. It's a great time.
The course was in great shape and challenged us with few straight holes.
I had never played the pines course before. Nice course with every hole having either some elevation change or turn in the fairway. Would play again in a heart beat. I would consider it better and more of a challenge than the Bay course.
plays a lot longer than the card says.
if you enjoy playing in the wind this is the course for you. beautiful views of atlantic city, unfortunately also into 35 mph winds off the bay. don't think I would play at the usual day rates, pretty steep if you ask me.
Great Deal
Course not that difficult but not that easy either.......kind of what you see is what you get from tee to green a couple longish par 3's). However it challenges you very much on the greens. This course does not get the atention it deserves when compared to the "BAY" course, but in my opinion it is in better shape and is more of a challenge and the greens are in much better shape.
Fun Track. Great Views
We had a great experience at the Sea View Bay course. The course was in great condition and the pace was also very good. I look forward to playing there again in the near future.
Course was beautiful
This course is great, from tee boxes to greens, very challenging
Need to learn greens to score well
Several of the greens are very difficult if you approach from the wrong side of the hole. Two of them had elephants buried in the middle and the flag was on top of the elephants.
Very nice course
The course was fine and it was in good shape to have had a LPGA Event there just a day or so ago. My only problem was it was cart path ony, and the fairways were not wet, no standing water or areas that were very wet. It just made for an extremely long afternoon.
As good as golf gets. I was in awe.
I played while the ladies were playing the shop rite. This allowed me to watch them for a little while before teeing off. Had valet parking. We were treated very well, especially during such a busy day. This is no pushover of a golf course. Bring your A game!
Good design with challenging par 3's
Overall condition was good although rough had bare patches.
Bunkers near greens had hardly any sand the usual
problem of ride on bunker machines !
Enjoyed the course well worth s visit
Great Course
The course was in great shape so early in the season, and the greens are some of the more challenging in the area. I would recommend Seaview for the overall experience from the staff to the course.
great condition
Cant find a better groomed course in the state.
Play the course the LPGA visits in May
