Beautiful

I live 5 minutes away and is new to golf. I used to play when I was in high school but not much. Everything about the course was gorgeous the greens are well kept and cut perfect. The course had some beautiful animals making appearances. I am happy to say this is my home course. Looking to get lessons from the pro.

Historic Muni That Still Has Life

As a New Yorker, I really adore this course. The history of it being the oldest public course in the US is so cool. Also as a baseball fan, knowing I’m playing a course the likes of Babe Ruth, Willie Mays, and Jackie Robinson all used to play is just icing on the cake.

The new management has really stepped it up too in terms of the maintenance and conditioning of the course. Really just makes it a treat to play on any given weekend. Just make sure to book an early tee time to avoid pace of play issues but other than that, it’s a blast to have this in the city.
