Good City Course
I played this course for the first time in 25 years and I didn't recognize it. Greens were in very good condition and pretty fast for a City course. Course overall was nice and in good condition. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint was we got put behind a family of 4, Two of the girls were obviously not golfers and we had to play around them (whiffed 4-5x each stroke). I called starter who said he'd send the ranger. Ranger was not particularly interested in telling them they were backing up the course and asking them to pick up their balls. So first hole took 20 minutes of waiting and second hole we had to skip. After that, an enjoyable round.

Nice 9 Holes
It has the best greens of any NYC or public Westchester course. Today, the 1st hole was shortened by a First Tee event.

Great Friday Afternoon
Mosholu is a relaxed golf environment to get in a 9 hole round. An easy drive from Manhattan. Friendly staff.

Overcast misty day
Round today was great. Course conditions were really good and made play a real enjoyment. Dave treated all of us really good when we checked in. Want to play 9 holes this is the place.

A wonderful course for beginners and novice players. Easy to walk and well maintained considering it’s a public course it ranks above many others near by.

Great Place
Friendly staff, nice layout, I’m a beginner and played from the tips to add a bit more challenge to the holes. Either way the track is welcoming and provides a great space to improve your game.
