Mosholu Golf Course

Look, it’s a muni, but the layout it is great. It’s a course where you can go enjoy so easily. The major downside is that the pace of play was not good. Stuck behind a 3 some with a 4 some ahead of them who were driving up to the greens, it made for a slow day. Great course with a beverage cart so that helped.

Overall, I really enjoyed it. But they need to police people who don’t respect the course. I’d suggest enforcing walking only on weekends so you get rid of the people who drive up to the greens. It’s a course that’s designed for walking, why not enforce that?

this is a gem of a 9 hole course. Staff super friendly. Very nice layout for beginning to intermediate golfers.

Ranger needed for pace of play golfers playing from the blacks with a female golfer slowed the whole course no ranger watching. Other then that great course to practice short game.

This is a well maintained course and a great place for 9 holes.

My 16 year old daughter is getting interested and I thought this would be a perfect course for her introduction to the game. We played 9 holes best ball so she was able to tee off (women's tee or juniors) at each hole and worked on hitting her irons and practicing her short game and putts. She enjoyed it and we played with another parent and junior who was also playing.
