Dyker Beach Golf Course

Waited to tee off 1.5 hours after my tee time. Course was backed up whole time. Round took 5.5 hours.

Man in the pro shop was incredibly rude.

Otherwise, enjoyed the course but it could be a little better maintained.

Pace of play was a joke. Tee times seem to be first come first serve, waited 30min after my scheduled time to tee off. Pace was horrific, stopped after hole 12 - on pace for a 7.5 hour round. One tee box had four groups (16 people) waiting to tee off. Every tee box had at least two groups waiting to tee off.

Best part is if you ask the pro shop to cancel, they will say sure call GolfNow. GolfNow then says sure call the proshop. Proshop says you booked through GolfNow call them - great way to steal peoples money.

Tee times were 5-7 minute intervals apart. My tee time was booked for 12:39 but I was waiting in line to tee off till 1:30+. finished 18 at 7pm. Never coming back here again. No ranger to keep up pace of play which averaged almost 30 minutes a hole! Had to wait between every hole and shot as well. Disgusting for $95. Only good part was my scorecard because it’s an easy course.

First of all staff are friendly BUT people playing there doesn’t know the rules.

When about to tee off every hole people from everywhere coming to your hole and they don’t wait until we tee off and they just playing however they want to play so we had to wait until they get off on my hole to play. Ridiculous

And poor fair way condition,, its like a rock and not much of grass but green was ok

Tee box is terrible

They keep increasing green fee please take care condition of course

Tee time was 1:27 - teed off at 2:05. Finished front 9 at 4:40. Second hole (par 3) there were FOUR groups waiting on the tee box. Every par 3 had at least two groups on the tee box at the same time. Absolutely horrific pace even for a muni. Plus many holes leave you duck and covering like Tom Hanks in saving Private Ryan as errant shots scream over your head like German artillery. Could not recommend you stay away from this course more. Horrific horrific experience

Course in great condition, but pace of play keeps me away.

Got stuck behind an outing of amateurs... awful...there should be some warning about that....it took about 5 hours to play the round....

Both times I’ve played here with tee times before 10am:

- I had to sit in line on the first tee with 20+ other people for 30+ minutes to tee off.

- Then, again I waited 15 minutes on the second tee. - And so on.

- It took over 5 hours to play 18 holes.

This is a direct result of the course booking way too many golfers. You could even say they are committing false advertising because you sign up for a tee times, but it means absolutely nothing because it’s really just first come, first serve.

Hadnt played in a few years, but the course is in great condition now. Sounds like a good combination of nature (been raining a lot this year) and management

Had a great time playing. Pace was goos and course was well maintained.. Will come back

Beautiful golf course, right by the Bay and 2 great Hospitals nearby, in case of a heat stroke...lols
