Auchterarder Golf Club

First class . From the friendly, welcoming introduction to the club and course from the Pro to leaving the car park after a lovely meal it was first class, Lovely clubhouse with great selection of meals and snacks.

The views are gorgeous and the course was in very good condition and a pleasure to play.

Will definitely play here again whenever in the area.

Course was in fantastic condition greens were amazing fast but got used to them quick., just all in all a great course.

My friends and I try to play this course every year as it is where we started to play many years ago and have always enjoyed the layout and the quality of the course never disappoints.

We arrived to play Auchterarder yesterday after paying £85 for a 3 ball to be greeted by the pro telling me the greens had been cored and sanded as they always do it at this time of year .Had I known about this I would of never booked to play here . Perhaps something could be done to make players aware of course maintenance to avoid wasting money on putting on joke greens

I have played Auchterarder many times and the condition of the course was very good . The disappointing thing was that the club have sanded and cored the greens . I have never known this to happen in July at any other club but had I known this had happend I wouldn't of played the course as putting was a complete joke . Golf now should perhaps make us aware of maintenance programs before taking the green fee . Dissatisfied with the day overall

We weren’t told the greens had been hollow timed and sanded so were complete lottery.

Wouldn’t have played if we’d known that.

Excellent course with beautiful greens. Met some lovely members during our round and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.

We have played the course many times and always look forward to returning. Great welcome in the Pro shop and club house. Course not long but a good test. The greens were very slick as they had been prepared for the Mixed Open played the day before. Played 18 holes in 3 and 1/4 hours.

First time playing here and will definitely be back.

Greens were fantastic considering a recent downpour ( the previous day) This led to some surface water on a couple of fairways but nothing to worry about. Will return during a dry spell and hopefully knock a couple of shots off my score!

Had a lovely bite to eat in the clubhouse before returning home, very tasty.

A shortish, but challenging course and was in excellent condition. A few tricky greens as well. Some wonderful scenery. A nice 19th as well. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back.
