Great Course, but showing up early may not get you out early.
Just so you'll know up front, we arrived 1-1/2 hours early for our tee time, and were told that we couldn't tee off early because we had booked through Golf Now. I've never run into that before on any of my Golf Now bookings, and the starter was accommodating and let us off early anyway.
I love this course. It's got some challenges to it, blind tee shots, dog legs, water, sand, and some holes that are more target golf than just hitting it as far as you can.
Friendly staff, good cart service, and a nice restaurant in the club house. A must play course in the north woods!
Fun course with beauty
I have always enjoyed this course. It is very scenic and fun to play. Some nice challenge holes. The woods that surround you makes each holes seem like your are alone.

Been playing this course for over 10 years. They had a great winter this year and the course is in immaculate condition. The front nine is my favorite; forced carries, elevation changes, blind shots, false front green approaches. The back is more forgiving but still challenging. In my opinion Trout Lake(Arbor Vita) is more technical and less forgiving. I highly recommend playing this course right now, it is lush.
