Ryder Cup Trip
We got on here at Stonebridge the week before and were nervous because there was a 1:30pm tee time still available.
Course was in fine condition. Tee boxes were a little uneven but the fairways and greens were in good shape. Tight course but good venue for Long Island and made for a great trip. Will play again if we are in LI for another major.
Nice course
Tee boxes could use some leveling.
Standing on the tee boxes you can be hit by others teeing off, just need to be cautious.
Greens and bunkers in great shape, some nice big greens, very nice layout. Would definitely recommend.
Golf fan 22
Pace of play a little slow but we had early afternoon time on a friday. Only complaint the greens could have been designed better if you haven’t played here before.One green has a bowl in center and a couple of others the contours could have been leveled better when designing course. Maybe a redesign at some later date . Overall a nice course to play I would recommend it. We will play again with a little more knowledge of the greens.
Work in progress
Stonebridge is a very nice golf course but right now has a couple of things that it needs to deal with first one of the greens had a fungus. They have done the repair so it should get better. The tee boxes need a lot of attention. There were three regular tees completely closed which shortened up the course a lot . T there was work done in the spring to re-level some of the tee boxes but those were the ones that were closed. They were completely full of grass and looked very very playable. I hope that for next season the balance of the tees are re-leveled so they’re not playing off the humpback that currently exist Looking forward to playing there again however as it’s a great golf course to play.
StoneBridge is always a fun round
Pace of play was good. Fun layout. Interesting greens. Fairways and greens were in great shape. However, some of the tee boxes were either not in great shape or already under repair.

Usually play this course once a year always fun to play. Greens were nice. Tee boxes need work. Fun course to play.
Horrible Tee Boxes
Tee boxes were in Terrible shape and the green were air rated. And $44 to rent a golf cart..

Very disappointed, it’s called a links course but it’s not, the picture shows a lush green course it was the opposite. tee box’s we dirt and uneven, greens were air rated and sanded and full of bald spots everywhere, a lot of the grass was burnt.
Nice layout
Play was extremely slow no marshals out on course to speed up play they had 6people playing together again no marshals
