Wonderful Experience
“Hidden Gem” is truly the best way to describe Pinecrest Golf Club. I drove up with my girlfriend for a day trip from Miami, and we started planning our next trip before we got back into the car. Kay in the pro shop is the friendliest, most welcoming person we’ve encountered in our entire golf journey. We felt like guests in her home from the moment we met her.
As far as the actual course - zero complaints. The fairways, greens and rough is very well manicured. Greens seemed to be the perfect speed that day, and we really enjoyed the challenging pin placements! Very little water on this course, which is great for this high-handicapped pro v1 user. We’ll be teeing off again soon, but certainly not soon enough. THANK YOU PINECREST!!
Hot Day at Pinecrest
The temp was 90 and sunny in avon park Fl . The greens were in great shape along with the sand traps. The fairways and tee boxes were a little rough due to the lack of rain for several weeks. I will definitely be back to play golf and eat in their great restaurant.

Too many hackers, 10 min wait at each tee. No etiquette in dress code.
Very disappointing
Great Course
This is a great course to play. The greens are awesome. All-in-all the course is in good condition. The tee times were packed, however it moved along quite well. Also, a very golfer friendly course. I will play here again!

Fun day
Loved the course. A few par 4’s are long for a senior. Greens in great shape and fast. Fairways great also. Would like to play again.
Slow pace of play.
The course is nice, greens are fast. Fairways in good shape. Pace of play is very slow. Waiting on every hole.
Fun day of golf
This course is a hidden gem. Very fun layout, lovely scenery. The staff is great. From the lady that checks you in, to the starter that greets you at the first tee. The only downside would be the pace of play. But, that is to be expected at this time of the year. OH, you will want to check out the restaurant of your day of play. The food and the staff are great. Very nice amostphere. 👌 💯
