About
Boca Greens Country Club is like most Florida golf courses in that it has a rather flat landscape with plenty of water, but it stand out for its scenic views and challenging but player-friendly layout designed by Joe Lee. Water is a prominent presence throughout the course and there are also numerous strategically placed bunkers to contend with, but these difficult elements are nicely balanced by ample room off of the fairways. One of the trickier holes is the par-5 17th, which is almost completely surrounded by water. The layout has a few challenging holes but overall a range of skill levels can play the golf course. There are also five sets of tees to make it even more approachable. Boca Greens C.C. boasts an enjoyable and fair round that is one of the area's best values.

Great greens
The greens are the most challenging I have experienced in Florida. Undulating and fast. The tif eagle greens are great. The whole course was in very nice shape

So much potential
Overall this is a decent course and would be great if they took care of the little things. The course layout is really nice and has lots of challenging bunkers that surround the greens on a lot of holes, but on a few holes that I had to hit out of the bunkers, I noticed lots of rocks in the bunkers. Great way to mess up a wedge. The greens were really bumpy and with weeds or crab grass sprouting some spots. I thought I saw a cart girl when I was driving up to the course, but I never saw her on the course which was too bad because I would have really enjoyed a beer or 2 while waiting for the group in front of us that was waiting on the group in front of them. The staff was mostly cold except for the gentleman at the pro shop who was really the only one to say hello. Everyone else seemed upset that they were working. My group had a 12:30 tee time when we were arrived, the starter was just barking out orders to people he was paring up to make foursomes. He was loudly telling a gentleman that his two some had to play with another random two some because they were "very busy and backed up" . When we got back he was apologetic about the "craziness" (but not his attitude)". I will give this course one more time and hopefully it will be a better experience.

Unfriendly bag boys
The course is in good.conditiin and worth the price.
However the bag boys are always asking for tips.
Even though you tell them.not.to clean your clubs they do it anyway. Then expect a tip he asked for a 5$ bill.
I refused to get my clubs clean and they looked down at me I was anxious to.get out of. Cart return area.
It is very intimidating to see these bagboys operate.
Club cleaning.is.not.just passing a wet towel over the club faces. It needs to be done right if they deserve a tip.
Since when is a tip mandatory,

Greens and bunkers asking for help
I have played in this course before and I really like it in general terms. This time I am downgrading my rating unfortunately.. I found the bunkers in very bad condition which is specially concerning as greens are completely protected by them. Looks like the water drainage in bunkers does not work well. Bankers were flooded severely with deep water, mood and hard sand. We refused to play the ball when in there. Greens were dirty of mood and sand from bunkers and needed maintenance. We missed having a bar where having a drink or grabing something. Assuming the management will take care of the issues I still think this is great course to play

Hated It
Booked a Single tee time for 7:45 and they open at 7:30. Five groups of a "Men's League"went out before I got paired up with a twosome and started our round at 8:10. After 9 holes it was 10:15 so I approached the starter to ask why I started so late. I needed to check out of Hotel by 1pm. He said the group I was supposed to be paired with cancelled and so singles have no priority and I got paired with the next available twosome. OK so i carted my way in after 14 since it was late. 3 of the 5 groups ahead of me were threesomes. So basically they Lied to me.
Course conditions were poor as well. Lots of crabgrass on greens, dead spots/sand spots on greens.

I was desappointed, bunkers were in bad shape, it was my second time there and i find that the course was in worst conditions than the first yime

Late Start, but good pace, always a fun course!
We had a 9:07 tee time, the starter informed us they were running i behind well before we tee'd off. But once we started the pace was great! Course is in decent shape, there is green grass, they mow, and the greens roll. Can't ask for much else especially for the price. Conditions will improve as the heat and rain season go away. If they had some TLC in the bunkers, the rough, trimming some trees, and improving some of the fairways this course would be a gem in West Boca. Its a great cheap course for local's. We will be back.

Use to be nice I guess
First thing we got there the guy’s threw my bag on the ground then a member from there was not nice at all with guess, smell like old carpet in pro shop the boss was talking super fast to my dad in purpose knowing he was french…. I won’t go back

Good Course
Tee boxes and greens were in great condition. Fairways we rough in spots with some weeds but overall pretty good. Staff were friendly. Pace of play was OK, 4 hours for 18 holes.

Poor conditions
Bare spots in fairways, tees and rough. Foreign patches of grass on greens. Greens bumpy. Great layout but needs a lot of work.
