Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs offers tennis and bocce courts, a fitness center, and 27 of the most picturesque holes in southwest Florida. The holes are divided into three nines: the North, South, and East; that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The East/North Course combines the longest nine and the shortest nine. Towering pines and palms as well as mature oak trees cover the entire course. Almost just as abundant is the water, which makes an appearance on almost all of the club's holes. The golf course begins with one of the few holes at the club where water doesn't come into play. Although trees line both sides of the fairway on this dogleg right par 4, the landing area off the tee is generous.

Second time playing
Played 18 paired with another friendly and fun couple. We played the combo blue/white and white/red. Previous time we did white only and green only. Course is definitely more challenging for longer play, as in more water hazards in front of tee box. South course was a bit soggy due to recents rain but still was ok play.
mediocre course
way overpriced for what it is, greens were ok but the rest of the course was mediocre at best
Played East and North Nines. Course and greens were in good shape despite recent rains. North 9 was more challenging due to water hazards.Pace of play just over 4 hrs. Staff very friendly and helpful.Enjoyed round and will return.
Amazing customer service. Course in decent condition. Expensive.
Just think it’s too expensive for this particular course. If they are gonna charge this much the course conditions should be substantially better. IMHO.
golf on a cool day
The greens were pretty nice, some of the tee boxes were somewhat beat up. It had rained hard the night before, some soggy spots. First time we played this course and overall we enjoyed it.
Another Fun Round
Was paired with two other singles. They were very enjoyable to play with.
Greens were in good shape. Course condition is not at the level of most Country Clubs, but very playable.

The price is right but course is bad. Too much water.

Always a nice time. Course was in great shape and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Just ok
Nothing stood out about this course, especially for a “Country Club”. Range was mediocre with poor quality balls. Course was in ok shape, had some really wet fairways on N/S courses that plugged balls. 4.5 hour pace of play.
I would rather pay a little more $$ and go somewhere like old corkscrew.
Great Course, good value
1st time to play this course. Friendly staff, course in great shape and we played 18 in 3 hours and 25 minutes. Would definitely play again.
First round of the new year
We enjoyed the course and the greens were in good condition. The course was a little wet making it difficult to hit on some of the fairways.
