About
The 27 holes at Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club sprawl through a landscape of swaying palms, towering pines, and mature live oaks. Located in Bonita Springs, the club offers some of the most scenic holes in southwest Florida. The numerous water features are difficult to ignore, coming into play on almost every one of the club's holes. The holes are played in three 18-hole combinations. The South/North golf course is a challenging but fair layout that features strategically placed bunkers and several doglegs. The club's signature hole is the North nine's second. This scenic par 3 plays to a well protected green that features a bunker on the right, and out-of-bounds to the left. In addition to the three golf courses there is a practice facility with a driving range, pitching and chipping areas, and two large putting greens.

A great challenging course
This was my first time playing and this course and i really enjoyed it. It is a little pricey during season, but I would definitely play here again
Far to slow
2 party of 4 playing very slowing just before us, and it was impossible to finish before the night, who arrive at 5 45 now
With late tee Time to sell, the organisation may monitor the playing rythme more closely
For all the other items, great place to golf, great amenity, great rangers
East course
The east course should be plowed and shut, or at a minimum visuals for hole layouts and yardages should be provided. Really, a ‘U’ shaped par 5?
Other 9 was enjoyable
Spanish wells
Nice track. Definitely will be back as long as the prices hold on. Good stuff

Beautiful Course & Layout
Beautiful preserve with a wide, rolling golf course inside of it. Fairways & greens are nice & green. The ruff is a little bit thin with a few dirt patches. I guess that’s why they call it the ruff.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
Course conditions were atrocious. It was like playing off the surface of a wet sponge.
We are two mid range handicappers pairs with 30+ somethings. The pace of play was horrendous because of the mismatch pairing. No consideration for this fact. Price was high for the course quality and conditions.
Overall, I would NOT RECOMMEND Spanish Wells
East Course and South Course
The course had a good design and very nice soft greens. Plenty of water features and a good number of par 3 and 5’s. The snack bar was closed unfortunately but the staff was very friendly.
Golf Vacation
Great course. Quiet, good layout. Short but long enough. Could do better by speeding up pace of play. A twosome held up the group of 4 in front of us. A twosome should never hold up a slow playing foursome.
