Excellent course
Challenging but also quite forgiving, lovely set-up, plenty of space, not at all tight
The hidden gem of the south east !
Best inland links feel course in the country! Really love 16, 17, 18. Fabulous golf course.
Great course
Well maintained course, great challenge for any golfer.
Carlow
Excellent course presented very well, lovely atmosphere Created by Damian amd team, will be back
Surely one of the best in the country.
Played in full sun so the fairways playing like links with lots of roll. There's so much character and depth to this course. Huge rolling hills and the best bunkers I've seen in years. It plays like a links but the scenery is even better. One could argue this course is top 20 in Ireland. All the top names in the south east? this is better. I played it years ago and the rough was punitive, they're cut it back significantly so the course is not as hard anymore. It opens up a a lot after the opening tight holes.
Can't wait to come back!
One of Ireland's best inland courses
Played early morning (practice/exercise on my own); 18 holes in 2 hours 45mins. The course was in good condition for the time of year, greens reasonable. The layout is fantastic, with a unique piece of landscape providing both subtle and varied challenges. My €16 fee was a 'Hot Deal' bargain. would need to be playing a much more serious game to pay €35.
Great Course Layout
Really enjoyed the course - some great holes but when we played greens were in a very poor state, perhaps after the dreadful winter we had. Preferred the back nine.
top quality inland course
we had a very enjoyable day the weather was good for the time of year the staff were very helpful and friendly .the quality of golf wasn 't too good but my partners were very nice and gave me a few putts.looking forward to playing the course again soon.
