IMG Academy Golf Club

The staff does nothing to improve pace of play.

There were groups staffed 3 deep on holes 2-7 with no one concerned from the staff to move groups along.

After 3 holes our GPS alerted us that our group was already 17 min behind schedule. We were on pace for a 5 and half hour round.

I'm probably not saying anything new.

HORRIBLE STAFF...HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!

Will not play here again as every time I try it's always the same result..I left after 7 holes!!!!

Every time I’ve played this course it makes it play my best. It has little bit of everything for every level player.

Played holiday weekend, late morning, round in just over four hours. Condition of course was excellent, especially the greens. Friendly and welcoming staff, especially Steve (inside/register) and Bryan (starter). Recommend IMG and look forward to playing there again soon.

The guy handling the bags and the starter were super. The guy in the pro shop could have been a bit friendlier. The fairways and greens were in great shape with the greens have good speed. Will play this again!!

The guy in the clubhouse yelled at me that I wasn't allowed to use the practice range until 30 minutes before my tee time as I was checking in. Literally raised his voice and had an attitude that I was checking in 50 minutes before my tee time. Having had multiple experiences where you book as a single and the club moves you up I like to be there early and not feel rushed if they do. He acted like I showed up at 7am for a 2pm tee time and I wanted to use the pool. Just an incredibly rude way say hello to a guest that just drove a hour to play your course.

Only course I been on in this area that the greens were green and true speed! Fairways were in great condition and tee boxes were in good condition!! The pace of play was the only thing that bothered me, 2 groups ahead were slow with no ranger to push them.

Marshall told us at eight he was about to settle the matter; we never saw him again and the things only got worse. Time of play 4.50 minutes

Overall the course is in good shape. Just a few tee boxes that need a little loving.Other than that, well worth the price of admission!

It may have been a result of the first week of price drops following season but I think I heard "fore" shouted at me more than I ever have before.

A shirtless neighbor was walking around one of the fairways playing with his cat outside his apartment shouting at golfers (myself included).

We arrived an hour before our tee time and was told to leave and come back because of overcrowding at the practice area and lack of carts. There was like 30 carts at the entrance and one person on the driving range, one person at the putting area, and nobody at the chipping areas.

A soccer game was going on next to the course and they were blasting airports the entire round.

When we reached the 18th hole, there was groups from three different holes with miss hits on the 18th fairway. Someone almost hit me on the green on 17th because it was so close to the green on another hole.

I probably wouldn't go back. Too much nonsense
