Great local course. It’s been a wet summer so I understand it’s hard keeping up with mowing

Great course, unfortunately it rained night before and early that morning. Cart path only.
It's our Monsoon season and we suffer the consequences. Oh well
Still fun
IMG camp took priority
Came to the first tee at our reserved tee time to find 3 groups of campers waiting to tee off. There were 3 other groups of campers on holes one and two. Seems like our tee time meant nothing at all to course managers.
Conditions
It's a great course for the money.. a lot if fun for us average golfers.. but please with all the revenue Manatee County must have... the Tee Boxes are a disaster... there has got to be a plan and or money to provide better conditions for the Tee Boxes then what's there right now.. as County Residents we at least deserve that much.. wonderful little course overall.. $$ value is awesome..
Unbelievable!
Poor course management. Had a staff member berate me with heavy profanity! Truly felt like it was a prank, unfortunately not. This course is a waste of time. Tee boxes are all sand! Fairways poorly kept!
Most of the tee boxes needed a fair amount of help. By that I mean that they need grass lots of grass. The green's were good to really good. The fairways were holding a lot of water - since it rained as I was playing.
This place is a joke!
That guy Bill in the cart barn who some refer to as the starter might be the one of the most mean and nasty people I've come across in my 20 years of golfing. Apparently it's ok for him to allow a 5 some off the first tee early on a Saturday morning but don't you dare stick a tee in the sand covered driving range to hit a few drivers. I also saw him berate an entire group, demanding they rent clubs because two of them were sharing clubs. Hate to tell you but this just isn't that type of course. The conditions are also quite atrocious compared to other courses in the area. Don't waste your money. You're better off paying double at IMG or better yet try River Run for an even lower price.

One of the most unfriendly places I’ve ever been.
Bill was the ambassador and couldn’t have been more rude.
Also why have tee times if the first tee box is just a free for all? We should have been 3 group off and ended up being 5.
We witnessed the staff being rude to other patrons as well. It was like they cared more about the driving range than the actual course

Tees nothing but sand. Fairways decent. Greens much better than I thought they’d be.
Great course for the price!
I always have a great time on this course. It is well-maintained, and the staff is always very friendly. For a public course, you can’t go wrong! Excellent value.
