About
Lake Lawn Resort spans across two miles of shoreline along Delavan Lake. The resort was founded in 1878, making it one of Wisconsin's oldest leisure destinations. Its proximity to both Chicago and Milwaukee has made it very popular. The championship golf course was not added until 1921, but it is still one of the area's oldest. It has a traditional layout that was revamped in 1990 but the original character was carefully preserved. The course is known for the stately oaks that are abundant throughout the course. The mature trees frame the holes and demand accuracy as well as creative shot-making. There are also deep sand bunkers strategically placed along Lake Lawn Resort's greensides. The greens themselves are quite tricky and varied too. Some have subtle but tough undulations while others are multi-tiered.

Fun Outing
The course is excellent condition. The rerouting of the course was a bit confusing our first round, just fine the 2nd round. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A Good Old Fashioned Wisconsin Resort Course
This course is always fun to play because it's in good shape, it's relaxed like the good old resort courses always were, it has beautiful holes - wooded with lake views, and very nice changes in elevation to make it even more interesting and fun. Why pay $150 when you can play here for a reasonable fee? You will enjoy it, and you can have dinner at the resort afterwards.

Over Priced
I have played almost every course in the area, and for the amount they are charging, it is not worth the round. The green complex is small and were rolling very slow.
Confused with all the two person groups (me included) and singles allowed out.
The actual scorecard and the in-cart GPS were not in alignment on a few holes. I believe they have shuffled the order and it is confusing driving through the course.
For the day as well, there wasnt a drink cart out on the course for a Saturday round.

Multi course players
Fareways and greens in great shape. Played 18 holes in 3 hrs 15 min. ⁹
Condition of course was great
Visiting from the heat of the south, it was great playing in a course that was in great condition. Very affordable as well. Plus booking my tee time online was simple and quick.

I thought the course was in great shape. My son is learning the game and this was a great course for him. We really enjoyed it and the staff was great.

Top 10 favorite.
We drive up from Chicago area, the course is well maintained, great club house with food and beverages for any taste. Beautiful lake views, and challenging enough for the best golfers. All the staff are super nice and friendly. One of my top 10 favorites to play. Enjoy.

Great water views of lake Lawn. Very forgiving fairways. Greens in great condition. Fun Course to play
Great Staff, Course was “Meh” for the price
Great staff, the blonde cart girl was probably the best cart girl I’ve seen in my 50 rounds this year! Every two holes she was coming around and it was a busy day, absolutely loved to see it.
Played the course in two hours and thirty minutes as a solo. Loved seeing all the groups of ladies out there having a lot of fun.
The course is currently going through transitions and remodels. It got a bit confusing when the holes played different yardages and scores than the scorecard but they did give a notice when checking in.
The greens were quite slow and soft. I enjoyed the course for its unique characteristics like the beautiful views, but I still wouldn’t spend 40$ to play it again after its remodel is done.
If you can find this course for 25$ on hotdeal, it’s a great deal.
