About
Lake Lawn Resort spans across two miles of shoreline along Delavan Lake. The resort was founded in 1878, making it one of Wisconsin's oldest leisure destinations. Its proximity to both Chicago and Milwaukee has made it very popular. The championship golf course was not added until 1921, but it is still one of the area's oldest. It has a traditional layout that was revamped in 1990 but the original character was carefully preserved. The course is known for the stately oaks that are abundant throughout the course. The mature trees frame the holes and demand accuracy as well as creative shot-making. There are also deep sand bunkers strategically placed along Lake Lawn Resort's greensides. The greens themselves are quite tricky and varied too. Some have subtle but tough undulations while others are multi-tiered.

Beautiful Course
Enjoyed two rounds of 18 this past week.
I would suggest some arrow directions on the path as some were a bit confusing. Also quite a bit of clumped grass clippings on the course.
I have always enjoyed playing here, it is a very beautiful course.
Good time fast pace for a resort cours
Really enjoy the round. We were there for a wedding.
Pace of play was 4 hours, excellent for a resort cours. Nice greens and wonderful staff

An Extremely Pleasant Course and a Great Experience
Some long par 3's some drivable par 4's and only 2 par 5's through a gorgeous oak grove with undulating hills and views of Lake Delavan. The outdoor bar and grill was staffed by extremely friendly and helpful people. The on-course beverage cart came around frequently. It was a great golf experience. Some tee boxes were in rough shape. The green rolled very true and the sand traps were well maintained.

Beautiful Course
This was one of our favorite courses to golf at. Beautiful course with all of the trees and lake views. It was a little difficult finding the next hole a couple of times. Course was well manicured and a good deal.
A good find
Course was in good shape. Greens a little inconsistent for speed and condition of the grass. As an older golfer I liked that it is a fairly short course. The only negative I would mention is the length of the ruff and the fact that the second cut along the fairways had been recently mowed and large windrows of cut grass were left in the ruff. Guess I could have solved that problem by spending more time on the fairway. : ) The staff was friendly and helpful to a fault and we enjoyed our round.
The best golf course around
The best of the best! All the employees are happy to help with any concerns and questions that are presented to them. There is also a golf pro that helps in concern’s that are asked. That’s a bonus and the crew that does the greens are excellent in the job they do! Great place to golf!!!
Great place to play! The guys in the pro shop are the best ever! I have golfed there twice this year already
Majestic Oaks Revisited
For years, my dad, two friends and I always enjoyed our golf vacations at Lake Lawn. Countless wonderful memories were created. Unfortunately, I'm the only one who remains. However, thanks to my Godson, my son-in-law and his dad, we're creating new memories. Thanks to Dave Sekeres, Kristine Keyes and Thomas Howe Jr. for all their help in allowing me to do so!
Winter golf
Great course. Only downside is that it’s surrounded by noisy roads. Pace of play was fine after the speedy older local golfers played through. That happens everywhere though LoL
Nice pro shop and the director Tom was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable.
