I've played this course many times in the last 27 years, and it has changed for the better during those years. Trees removed, fairways worked on, etc. This last round was played on an excellent course and a fine day. The fairways were good for springtime, and the greens ran true. You couldn't want much more than that. I will suggest that you try lunch at the snack bar, especially the Angus burger, about a half pound of tender juicy meat cooked to perfection.

Good Greens
The fairways seemed like they could use more fertilizer. Course doesn’t need much work for it to be a great course in great condition. Tea boxes could use fertilizer they needed to be thickened up as well as the fairways but it is a fun course to play. I’ve seen this course in better condition than this and I’ve also seen it worse
Pace of play was awesome today
This course scenery is peaceful from the wildlife and beautiful colors of the blooming lily pads. Breeze was exceptional today.
Fun Course
It’s very open, Florida Links style. The course is in good shape and the staff is great. It’s a great value and worth the drive to Crystal River.
Nice course
This is a nice course to play. The fairways and greens are in good shape. The golf carts are in good shape. Overall I give this course 4 stars.

A goat pasture
I NEVER leave reviwws .Ever ! But had to save other people the trip and money for a visit to this pasture . Absolutely the worst golf course in Central Florida...14 holes looked the same .tee boxes with no grass, fairways with no grass...greens are terrible..
You've been warned .
Good for out-of-towners
Slowwww play
Love this course due to weather conditions cart path only could have been contributor to slow play. Four men in front of three women myself single and two men behind. We would all be on the same stretch of whole waiting. Unusual for this course I enjoyed the beautiful weather but could hear complaints from others. Can not wait to play this course again.
Dry
Sometimes can be very wet but course was in good condition. Fairways were decent, greens fast, and bunkers fair.course was busy but pace was okay.
