Could be much better
Greens were okay, fairways were thin on grass, dry and hard and to hit off. The entire course layout is pretty good but everything is in need of water and maybe seed and fertilizer? For the money I expected more and would not recommend it for those reasons.

Wintering in New Smyrna beach.
Was my second visit , but my wife’s first. Amazing time. Such a great place, with the planes landing and taking off. The homes are impressive and the grounds are quite attractive. Course layout is challenging and makes you think your shots. Pace was spot on and we look forward to returning with our travelling friends.

Overall nice course
The course was on very good condition. The greens were smooth and moderately fast. Pace of play was excellent. We finished in jut a bit over 3 hours.

Golf at Spruce Creek
Nice layout and good and fast greens. Fairways were terrible as every lie was tight and hardly any grass between grass and sand base.

Course layout was good
Layout of the course was good but the condition of the course was poor mostly because it was very dry

Getting better
More expensive than the last time I played- -3years ago- but it’s a substantially better course - greens are very good and course is generally in much better condition
