Unfriendly staff: Do not like Golf Now users
We have played this course numerous times over the past six years and found it to be a fun course. It's in good condition this year, but our experience this time was very negative. We have always booked directly with the pro shop, but this time decided to take advantage of a good rate offered on Golf Now - big mistake. It was rainy with thunderstorms on the day we booked, and the golf pro was not willing to work with us. He stated that the club received no money for the Golf Now bookings, so we either played in the rain/thunderstorm or lost our money. Due to all the rain, there was no one on the entire course when we arrived at 10am except for 2 groups of 3 just going out. With rain imminent we asked if we could start on the back 9, but were told no, so had to follow the 2 groups. We waited on every shot for the 6 holes we were able to play before the lightening caused us to quit. Needless to say, we will neither return to this course nor recommend it to our golf friends as long as the current staff works there.

course was laid out well. moderate challenge. too bad the fairways are not good. hit in the middle of the fairway on most holes and playing off of mud. what a shame. could be a nice place to play.

Could be much better
Greens were okay, fairways were thin on grass, dry and hard and to hit off. The entire course layout is pretty good but everything is in need of water and maybe seed and fertilizer? For the money I expected more and would not recommend it for those reasons.

Wintering in New Smyrna beach.
Was my second visit , but my wife’s first. Amazing time. Such a great place, with the planes landing and taking off. The homes are impressive and the grounds are quite attractive. Course layout is challenging and makes you think your shots. Pace was spot on and we look forward to returning with our travelling friends.

Overall nice course
The course was on very good condition. The greens were smooth and moderately fast. Pace of play was excellent. We finished in jut a bit over 3 hours.
