Great Course, needed a ranger

Great course overall as far as course conditions, tricky pin placements today on fast but well maintained greens and good layout.

But a great day was offset by slow pace of play. Foursome held up course all day which pushed everyone back. The lack of a ranger made a great afternoon less than what it could have or should have been. Indeed the single that was put with our threesome got so frustrated he quit on 10 and went back home to Jacksonville.

greens are the best i ever seen them

need to get a little better would give them a 7 on a 1-10

Two Different Course Styles

Front and back nines are completely different. Front has wide fairways with lots of sand. Back has tighter fairways, lots of water plus sand. Undulating greens are like glass, tough but challenging. Beautiful course that is now our favorite. We’ll go back!!

I did not play because they tried to force me to ride with someone I did not know during a pandemic. I payed for golf I clouding cart and drove over an hour to get there. I was very disappointed. I spoke with Mike Kelly at the pro shop.
