The entire course was very dry and hard green conditions did not allow balls to stay in greens. But for $55 I couldn't ask for more.

West course
Have always played the East course, which I like, but was able to play the West course this day and it was a lot more challenging. A bit longer, in better condition, I liked the West side better…but will still be relagated to the East side because of cost. Either way, you can’t lose, Royce Brook is a winner

nice course and layout
Pace of play was very good. Course in good condition except for all the bunkers which didn't have any sand in them just dirt and stone and was rock hard.

East Course needs more maintenance
I’ve played the east a few times, it seems like they just don’t maintain it consistently. I played early April, I know it’s early in the season so conditions won’t be great, but bunkers are in terrible shape, bunch of them with no rakes available, tee boxes beat up. It’s frustrating since it’s a really fun layout, but $85 is too much for such poor quality
