Fair way condition good, tee box and green is a little disappointment.

Good game overall. Cart was dead at 11th hole. But, got support in a good time. We’ll plan to play again.

The cart paths should be repaired and maintained for a Class of Royce Brook hype

The greens were patchy inside some areas

Course is not at its peak for the season. Hopefully in the next few weeks conditions will be much better.

Good amenities like driving range and representative putting greens of on course. Course is challenging but fair and well kept. Enjoy the course before they grow out the fescue and it becomes increasing harder to score well lol.

The tees and greens are in awful condition. The bunkers have no sand, but plenty of casual water. This used to be a fine course.

It’s a shame that they stopped maintaining the bunkers and tee boxes. Used to be a very nice place, now it’s over priced for those reasons

I've played here before and the course is always in great shape and well kept. So Im ok with spending more to play here every now and then cause I usually feel like I'm getting what I pay for. Completely opposite on today's round. Thie course was trashed. Every single hole greens are in shambles, tee boxes are just full of weeds. The cart has more potholes then route 9! Speaking of cartpath, overgrown trees hanging in the path that let's branches smack into you as your trying to avoid potholes and weeds every where. I understand some things it's early in the season and all but if your going to be charging $100! A round them you need to keep the course up. If you can't then you need to provide a discount or put a note in the app saying something about the course conditions. I would never play here again after this round

As others have said, next to no sand in the bunkers.. They need to be completely rebuilt, or abandoned and turned into grass bunkers. Greens are fast and roll true, but badly need aerating. Tees are spotty at best. Cool course but hire a new greenskeeper stat.
